Lovely hotel 8n a great location. Quick check 8n and friendly staff. Do not tolerate anyone acting noisily. Rooms would benefit from better towels and toilet paper. Noise could be heard outside especially when the bins were emptied at 7.30am. Breakfast excellant

Competitively priced for the area the hotel is very clean. Children are not permitted but they do accept stag and hen parties. I have stayed here many times and there are always at least six parties, usually more

Opposite the hotel a building is being built and the works are very noisy. He bullied me from 7-17

Good hotel, close to where we wanted to be. Unfortunately there is building work nearby, which starts at 8am and at the moment very noisy. Disappointed that you have to pay extra for the use of the safe, unless you paid for a premium room. It would be good to have a night light in the bathroom, as there is a lot of glass to avoid, without having to put all the lights on.

A very nice hotel well positioned for Benidorm Palace and the excellent Sinatras music bar. Clean communal areas in good condition. Bathrooms in the rooms are a little tired. Good selection for breakfast though the cooked parts were quite cold.

The hotel is good , food could be a little warmer. However the exterior building work is absolutely horrendous. It starts at 730am and is still going at 730pm , the constant drilling and banging ruins any hope of sleeping in the morning or even relaxing in your room during the day. I would never stay at this hotel again until the building work is completed. I spent 20 days here and although it was a good holiday the building work ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing time.

The place is very clean The staff are friendly The food choice is great especially english style food like full breakfast if you want it freshly made pizza daily and pasta and loads of meat cooked by the chef so you will never go hungry It can get a little cold the food if you dont go early or you arrive late so my advice get it whrn it first opens The only negative the spa wasnt great 4 things to do and 2 were cold not 35 degrees as advertised and the fact its 18 euros per day on top of what you have already paid for your holiday I would certainly sray again

Easy Check in. helpful reception staff. Large room with great views. Good location. A 2 day stay. No Spa available, on day 1. water jets not working, on day 2. no hot water. No UK TV as advertised. Maintainence said that they would fix & get back to me. They didn't fix or get back. Had to request bathroom Soap & Shampoo.

We stayed here for one night. Disspointed that we were not made aware of major building and demolitions works both next door and over the road where they were breaking concrete from around 8am We found the room uncomfortably hot, the airconditionong does not currently appear to be on although is advertised through Expedia as having airconditioning. Food was ok, but a lot was cold.

I've stayed here a few times now and it's consistently good. Rooms are large and clean and the area is perfect being 10 mins walk from the action (and the noise!) but having some good options to eat and drink on the doorstep

Hotel was great as usual. The bit of building noise was cut down by using closed doors and black out drapes. No work at weekends helped!!!. Very friendly lounge bar staff which was good. Well worth staying.

Good selection at breakfast but staff quite slow when cooking. Hotel room was way too hot and aircon not working at all. Other people had same issues but staff don’t advise you of this on check in. My view this is a 3.5* and not 4*. A pleasant stay but would try somewhere else if I came back here again.

Really enjoyed our stay October 2023, staff very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were excellent, very clean and all you could ask for. The pool area in particular was lovely and never too busy. There was plenty going on, games etc… but staff were not pushy and if you didn’t want to get involved then they left you alone. Breakfast choices were superb, although sometimes after 10am some things were in low supply, to be expected. Nearby the main beaches and entertainment areas, but far enough away to get a bit of peace too.

This hotel is around five minutes walk from Benidorm Palace and around a mile from the madness of Benidorm. I took a one night recovery day in here, room was spotless, comfortable and well conditioned. Hotel is great, breakfast included which was excellent also. Defo a lovely place to go if you don’t want the Benidorm usual!!!

Great location only a short walk to the strip, beach and Benidorm Palace. We went half board and food was ok, but not great. As mentioned in other reviews the breakfast was cold both mornings, they need to cook smaller batches so it isn't sitting out too long. The evening dinner service seemed to get this right as was hotter. Spa was nice and my partner had a lovely massage for their birthday. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

To many gangs of noisy youngsters 16 in one group, majority on b&b board and come back at all hours making a noise.. Cannot fault the staff they are brilliant but the hotel has gone wrong compared to what it used to be like.

Lovely hotel, good location nice and quiet during the night. Only had a 3 night stay but would definitely go back. Very clean and staff were lovely. If I could fault it as a 4 star hotel, there’s no tea/coffee facilities in the room, you need to hire a kettle, would have rather had that then free shampoo etc!

Only stayed 1 night, so did not use facilities or Resturant, but the staff are fantastic, room was excellent very clean everything you might needed toiletries etc ..... A few more English Channels other than ITV´s BBc´s would have been better, but sufficient if out and about most of time.... Would recommend ....

The hotel staff were amazing especially the chef/s well impressed with the extra Christmas food but if they had combined the vegetables with the main course would have been better lol Yorkshire pudding and gravy was lovely 😊

I loved the fact the hotel receptionst were so helpful and friendly. Especially given rhe fact they helped me sort out transfers on the way back, when my original transfers failed to pick me up from the airport on my way there. They also helped me track down a friend I had made during my stay when i lost her number. They both went above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely be returning after what felt like V.I.P treatment.

Amazing stay we really enjoyed it, thanks a lot too Oscar in the entertainment team who made it feel much more lively with his entertainment. We will definitely be coming back. Food was surprisingly good as we never expect much from all inclusive hotels! Very modern feel to dining room and pool area, also very close to everything with beach and strip only 10 min walk away.
