The stay was ok. Some people were a little sketchy looking at the hotel. Also, the hotel seemed dated. It works if you need a hotel for the night.

It was clean and close to the interstate and we were exhausted. Nice to have a soft bed.

Mildew, mildew, mildew. We cut our trip short because 1) no housekeeping / room refresh in 2 days. Even though it was requested. Had to pick up towels from the front desk and leave used towels in the hall because the bathroom mildew smell kept getting worse. 2) Dirty counter tops in bathroom.

Smokers beware!!!! If you throw away an empty cigarette pack in your room, they assume that you smoked in the room and charge you $250 on your credit card. I'm still trying to get my money back from this scam.

Coming back from out of state trip we decided to stop for the night. We did a late check in. The front was very nice and friendly. She made. The check in process easy. We were of the top floor. Elevators were working (maybe a little slow). We were very happy with the room. We got a king size bed and and trust me very welcomed. The room was oversized which was a plus. Really the only down side ( no fault of hotel) We were woken up at 7:44am with screaming kid. The sound really carried. Must of been at the free breakfast served. We would of liked to sleep in a little longer.

I didnt like the fact that the hotel lost power and the manager refused to give me my money back for the inconvenience of it being hot, no power, no AC. It wasnt like i was trying to get money back for the night i did stay, i was checking out early due to the power inconvenience and just wanted my money back for the night i DIDN'T stay! The manager on duty shoved my key card bak across the counter and said there was nothing she would do to help the situation. Not nothing she could do. I was so upset! Why not just allow me to check out and reimburse me for the night I didn't use??? Well needless to say, i filed a complaint! Just waiting on the outcome. No one should be treated in such a way because the hotel lost power with no backup generator!!

The AC was broken in our room and there was no other rooms available. Front desk moved us to a different hotel “free of charge”. Wow thank you so much for not charging me to pack up all my stuff and kids at 1am and move to a different hotel. No reimbursement or compensation at all.

the restaurant was not open, and this is the second time at and IHG hotel that this has happened. The elevators were extremely slow and the hotel was not busy at all

Not crazy about menu breakfast…would have preferred buffet like the express. With the price of hotels, you shouldn’t have to pay additional for breakfast. Everything else was great.

There was a serious amount of mold around the shower!!

For the most part, a great experience. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Problems included a Keurig that did not work. Coffee grounds in the cup of coffee from the lobby pot.
