This hotel is beautiful. Very clean. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I highly suggest ordering from the room service, food was wonderful. Convenient location.

Great hotel. Very nice and fancy, made the kids think we were staying at a super job end place. Pictures of the indoor pool made it look deceiving bigger than it actually was. Room was great, and very clean. Beds on the firm side but comfy.

The cleaning staff and the check in staff did a great job! I received good supply of towels each day. Also, on the second day I stayed, the room had been thoroughly cleaned while I was gone. The check in staff was very helpful. I had some difficulty with the door key and they quickly solved the issue for me.
The only suggestion I have relates to me. I am a senior citizen with arthritis, and I had to park a good distance from the entrance. My suggestion would be that a bench could be placed by the sidewalk or entrance into the hotel so a person could rest for a short time.

Amazing breakfast selection, nice pool and hot tub, gym was great. Great location, over 12 floors of people and never heard anyone from in our room.

Clean environment friendly staff
We had a scare the next morning when the emergency alarm starting going off and telling us to evacuate, but it turned out to be false alarm. So thank God for that.
Breakfast - stood n line for pancakes and omelets for a hour.

It was my sister's 70th birthday, so I kidnapped her to spend the day and night shopping, visiting, and relaxing at a 4 star hotel. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!!!

I was disappointed at how much they held on my credit card for incidentals $250. I think that’s too high for a 5 night stay. It was during Christmas and we were counting on that extra money on our card. We’re an older couple and we never have “incidentals.” We will most likely find another hotel during our next trip to St. Charles.

The pricing was reasonable and the acommodations were fantastic. We were a bit sad to learn the hotel doesn't have a luncheon available, but breakfast was awesome! We will be coming back.

Embassy Suites is always a very good place to stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating, even checked on me throughout my stay through text messages. The breakfast was good and staff was busy keeping up with cleaning the tables which I really appreciated. Only complaint really is when I walked in my room it smelled very musty or like stinky shoes. Plus there was a sticker on the bathroom floor and a wrapper along side the bed foot rails. The couch also looked like something had been spilled on it and the stain came back through the fabric. I didn’t make a big deal about it to the staff, just got some air freshener. But it seemed to me that the room hadn’t been occupied recently or cleaned in a hurry. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the room was too, other than those few things. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is pretty. It is loud. I had to put earplugs in to sleep because of the noise from the attrium. Omlet bar line was a joke. Pool looked dirty.

We arrived back from an event and asked for more pillows. They didn’t appear until morning which defeated the purpose of needing more pillows.

Our room wa supposed to be ADA yet the bathroom toilet was super low and no handle bars. There was no coffee or tea for the coffee maker. I feel as though the room rate was a lot higher than other weekends due to the St Charles parade on Main Street. The very next weekend is over 100 cheaper. Just overall our room was not worth the over 300 rate!

Super easy check in, the room had a strong smell of marijuana but other than that it was a great stay. I love the extra room the sitting provided.

We did not have hot water for shower (warm) also after going to the pool we had carried a towell back to the room that had been by the plants at the pool. Later we had a roach that we killed. Thank goodness only that one. But still..
