Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! Bathroom sink did not drain, bathtub had hair in it. Watched an employee look down and then walk over trash. I left and got a room somewhere else. Leaving that place saved my couples weekend.

The staff treated me with so much kindness and respect. ESPECIALLY the lady property manger thank you! The room was extraordinary and the view was amazing I will definitely come here for a stay again.

The hotel was well kept and clean. The room was very spacious. The staff were welcoming. The location was in walking distance to shops and restaurants which we liked. We would stay here again

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating, from housekeeping, to front desk, to the hotel bartender. Only bummer was that the sauna was not working.

Beautiful view. Nice kitchen! Sauna tub, sauna and pool right around the corner. Gym was soso. Very friendly staff. I had to move out because of unavailability and am sorry I did. My new place sucks comparatively.

Upon arriving check in was good overall condition of room was good bathroom had hair in tub n sink there were plumbing issues instead of moving me to another room they gave me a plunger ( that upset me) the water in the tub stood in there long after a shower or bath when asked to get housekeeping they told me they didn’t offer housekeeping but the bathroom need to be recleaned after the plumbing issues. I see why it is was available. I will never stay there again 😔

We stayed here to attend and watch a road race nearby. Check in was easy, the room clean, comfortable, and convenient. We appreciated the indoor pool and hot tub after the days events and the patio was the perfect place to enjoy dinner and spectate.
The parking spots are a little tight and scarce during busy weekends. Plan to park early and walk to nearby attractions.

Stayed here for the Shamrock Marathon weekend though the Hotel may not have the most curb appeal our stay was nothing short of incredible. Sauna was an added bonus after the long run. location is central to the Ocean front and within walking distance to many great places to eat.

Called to ahead to get early check in and was told “no problem” on the phone. Get to hotel and told I can’t check in until 4pm

Overall I had a great experience. The location is amazing and the staff is super friendly and attentive.
The property is a bit on the old side, but it does have an indoor heated pool, hot tub and Sauna.
They also have a massage therapist who was amazing.
Enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back

Staff was very friendly and nice at check-in and throughout stay. But the property was so run down. Dead large cockroach in room. Inside of toilet stained. Tile in bathroom chipped and stained. Very noisy. Could hear family next door through wall with screaming children at all hours of night and morning.

The staff were the best part of the stay! Very friendly and helpful. We unexpectedly had an all-electric rental car and they were very accommodating to direct us to a sister property within walking distance that has a charging station. Our toilet developed a tank leak and they fixed it within 1/2 hour. Very good recommendations for local restaurants. The property is dated, new management just bought it and are planning renovations, but current condition is very clean, including pool area.

Sleeper sofa is uncomfortable, even young kids complained. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Rooms need a renovation. Convenient location. Front desk had great customer service. Indoor pool was enjoyable. 10am check out is too early.

Room needed a bigger bed and a little updating. Shower pressure and shower head was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel.

The pool was ok the sauna didn’t steam there was no towels at the pool,
I found underwear in my room and kids toys behind the chairs and my balcony doors leaked all over the living room floor.

Great hotel, very well located with restaurants and bars around. The staff was very nice, I asked for a late checkout and they allowed me to stay in my room without extra charges. Higly recommended

The check in time is 4pm and the check out time is 10am……. With no way to get a late check out if a ‘manager’ isn’t present at the time when it’s requested. Highway robbery if you ask me. Wouldn’t recommend if youre going to be out late the night prior to Che king out

This hotel had everything we needed and more. We had a great room and very clean and spacious. Hotel is in a great location. Wonderful view from the patio outside of the pool and from our oceanside balcony.

My only issue was i didn’t have hot water! The staff was amazing especially Desmond and the lady that gave me an adjoining room so i could take a warm shower.

Black Mold on the left concrete wall of the laundry room on the sixth floor. Hole in wall appears as if the water is coming from the roof or air conditioning unit. Exercise room lights blown out (2). Third light flickering in exercise room. Seats on exercise equipment not secure. Got finger pinched in one when seat shifted. All the equipment needs checked. Very old exercise machines. Loved the room, with full kitchen, very comfortable bed, quiet and clean. Balcony was very nice and private. Air conditioner leaking water on room floor near door to outside, needs checked. Pool has some green moss growing on the wall near the balcony on the inside wall right under the lip where you hang on. Area around the pool was very clean. Lacking towels multiple times we used it. Reported this to the front desk. No towels brought to pool area while we were there. Walked back to room soaking wet. Overall stay was very nice. Majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I like the fact that I had an indoor heated pool to coos you. What's the song I had worked and the masseuse was in? But other than that I would didn't was clean. The room was clean. They had ample dishes and surprisingly. The rooms come with Jacuzzi tubs.

The smell of someone smoke when entering the building on the third floor.
The curtains were dirty and hanging off from the windows rods in both room (living and bedroom), which made it hard to open and close.
I like the space of each room and the view of the ocean..

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Ocean Sands resort!! It was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities that I needed, with a beautiful view of the ocean. We stayed in a one bedroom unit that had two bathrooms, which I loved! The staff was also very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Only one suggestion I would make would be to have more, conveniently located, outlets.

I enjoyed my stay, however, because of a death in the family I had to leave early. Unfortunately, my wife and I did not get a chance to spend any time together as she was coming up the next day. In the future I hope that we get another chance to enjoy your wonderful accommodations and your beautiful scenery. Thank you very much - William Heffernan .

It's a nice hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. But me being a quality person in my past, I found a pill on the floor by the A/C and hair by the couch. Otherwise it was the most peaceful stay I had at a hotel. Just wonderful!

Great location to concert stages & restaurants. There was no comfortable furniture to sit on, only one hard couch, no chairs except small wooden kitchen ones.
