Very nice suites. Enjoyed the extra space for a small family of three.
Ate breakfast twice at the hotel and there was a lot of variety of hot and continental options. Very attractively displayed and clean.

With the exception of one incident that was handled appropriately by a supervisor, this was a wonderful stay and nice property. I have been seeking out out Staybridge when we travel as the rooms are quiet, clean, well appointed, and beds are extra comfortable. We generally get the two room suite and they have just about everything you need. Breakfast and social hours provide meals onsite (breakfast is good quality foods). This property surrounded by a park-like setting and very private. Would recommend!

This hotel was basic but comfortable. Our suite was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great to access what we needed and the parking is plentiful and easy to access. Breakfast was much better than expected and we enjoyed it! There’s even a little lake near the parking lot to take a stroll. The true standout is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It really made our stay great.

The staff was AMAZING. They made you feel welcome and at home. Amy and Quincy were so helpful and sweet. We were sad we had to say goodbye. We will be staying here again for sure. If we needed anything they were so quick to respond.

Liked the kitchen, didn’t like the shower, curtain too close to you while you’re showering, bathroom needs a fan, too close to bedroom, desk chair should go under desk, takes up too much room

This was my second time staying here and i enjoyed it just as much, if not more, as the first time.. Clean facility, friendly staff, and good food.. Im sure ill stay again.

The space of the room was fantastic. I wish the TV was easier to use and that there were hangers for my clothes.

It was a pleasant stay. Close to lots of food places. The only issues we had was the toilet h as ndke had some white mark on it that we werent sure what it was so had to go buy cleaning wipes to wipe it off and the microwave tray had like oil residue on it so we just had to washed that. Ih and the fridge had like dried up red meat juice or something in it too so we avoided that top row to put anything on. It also had a weird smell which i got little freshener for. But other than those, we were fine. It looks like the hotel must've recently got remodeled and updated.

The bathroom light in our original room wasn’t working. We moved to another room and everything was fine. Bed was comfortable and Breakfast was good. Rooms have kitchenette with full-size fridge. I would stay here again.

Our time at the Staybridge was mostly wonderful. Breakfast was DELICIOUS every day. As a vegan, I often struggle to find options at hotels, but I had quite a few options for breakfast. In terms of employees, Patrick went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Thank you, Patrick! There were also negatives, however, like the stains on the bathroom door and the garbage we found beneath the cushions of the sofa. Since there is no regular housekeeping, as well, it would be nice if the hotel provides more trash bags in the rooms.

Beautiful property, lovely rooms, great staff! Beds were super comfortable. Only downside was that the floors are not poured concrete and could hear the people walking around above us really well!! Even the tv!! Told the staff and they moved us to the top floor so all was good again. Other than that, we loved it!!

On the hotel's website it states they provide dvd players in the rooms. That is not the case. Apparently they did before renovations but no longer do. There was also no hair dryer in the room. I had to call down to the front desk to have them get me one.

Overall the place is pretty nice but I was so disappointed with water pressure when I needed to shower. The alarm clock by the bed was old and not working, I had to use my iPhone instead. The staff at front desk was very nice and helpful .

Staff is friendly, the hotel it’s beautiful! I came during a winter storm so there’s a lot of things that deff were different, I would just tell staff to communicate better about the stay such as Wi-Fi, gym access, room location etc..., I was disappointed that the add mentions free breakfast, I picked this place particularly because of it. There was not even coffee visible and this was a big hands down for me and my boyfriend after we woke up expecting to wake up to coffee at the bare minimum. Other then that the rooms amazing. You have kitchen, big fridge, microwave.

This place was perfect for us. Loved the 2 bedroom layout of the suite! Wish more hotels had this kind of option for such a reasonable price. Service, was great and the bagged breakfast was surprisingly good.

Stayed for 2 nights.. during the checkin they charged me for my night stay accidentally when I paid online already.. they needed a card for incidentals.. they accidentally refunded me 2 times and charged me again to fix everything.. the room was clean besides the stains on the fridge.. bed was comfortable.. breakfast bags were offered.. we asked for a hair dryer but never got it... and the walls are thin, we heard our neighbors and the people upstairs.. we still got a decent nights of sleep..

The two bedroom suite was very comfortable for a large family. Everything was very clean, and the staff members were very accommodating and pleasant.

Whenever I come to Chantilly, Staybridge Suites Chantilly never disappoints. This hotel is one of the best maintained hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s very well kept, clean, spacious and very nice staff working here throughout the property. The rooms are larger than a traditional hotel room, which I came to enjoy. I will most definitely be back!
