Short stay in Forte dei Marmi. Hotel is far from the beach and center. It is close to motorway which is noisy. Breakdast was poor. Swimming pool old - need renovation. The renovated areas are to be boho style but with artificial plants it looks funny. Big parking is an advantage. Mirrors on the left and ahead (divides bosy for 2 parts) of bed is not good fend shui.

Price wise i can really recommend this hotel. The bar is nicely refurbished and rooms are very clean

This is a 10 Plus Hotel! Everything about this Experience is Outstanding! Not ONE Amenity has been overlooked!

This property is far from everything. No taxi's will pick you up. Schedule your airport shuttles on Expedia. The front desk is very rude.. They don't help you with anything. The air-conditioning wasn't working in the hotel or room for the whole week. Limited menu all week, no gym. This needs to be looked into. Sharon Jank 7/27/2022

It was beautiful, food was great service amazing and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at our hole trip.

Forte Dei Marmi is a nice town to spend a summer holiday. Unaway hotel has a great location close to the stradda so you won’t miss it when you drive there

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool was a nice extra value added service. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. It’s about a 20 minute bicycle ride from the center of town, you can rent bicycles from the hotel.

We had a lovely week at the hotel. The room was fine, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served outdoors in a large sahara style marquee. The poolside bar area is large open all day. The hotel is a long walk from the town so a car is advisable - or use the hotels bicycles. There are a couple of restaurants close to the hotel - the reception staff will provide details if asked. The swimming pool is great and a life guard is on hand all day. Loads of car parking space.

Nice hotel, large swimming pool, generous breakfast with way more variety than other hotels in Italy, adjacent free parking, friendly and helpful staff, clean, checkout can be delayed to 1pm without additional cost.Not close to the beach or town centre, you need the car to move.

The hotel location is terrible, very far from the beach. There is nothing around to do, if you wanna go to the beach you need take a taxi or cycling. The hotel is located next to a highway . If you have a car maybe works, if not don’t stay there.

It was next to the byway and the price was good. Hey the breakfast was good. The parking lot was full off buses.

Good location by the highway, easy to get to lots of places from here. The room is modern and clean with a comfortable bed, pillow menu (got the perfect pillow for me). Bicycles available for guests to use. Nice pool and bar area. Breakfast good, lots of choices, can even make yourself a mimosa because they put some prosecco out. About 5 minutes from the beach and all the beach clubs. About 15 minutes or less to Pietra Santa center. About 30 minutes to Lucca, and about 1 1/2 hours to cinque terre. Excellent location for exploring then getting back to a good nights rest.

The hotel was very dated. Breakfast and service where not nearly as good as the rest of our trip in Italy. The bed and pillows, hard as a rock. Drains in the bathroom are rusty and clogged, air condition barely worked. Wifi in the room was terrible. Best part were bikes and view from the balcony. Its a bout 20 min bike ride to town and beach.

We had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, pool was nice and staff was very helpful.

I chose this UNA property because of price and past reviews. I can now add my voice to all the others and recommend this hotel to all travelers. Forte dei Marmi is part of the Italian Rivera. This is a beautiful, established, and wealthy community. Ferraris everywhere. Great shopping and restaurants. The staff was OUTSTANDING, hard working, accommodating and gracious. The facility doesnt look overly inviting from the street, but is comfortable and during their peak summer season has a great pool and grounds. We stayed in a generous sized room with a great veranda. The AC system was inactive and so we slept with the veranda door open, and that worked well. The included breakfast was superb and the wait staff made fresh specialty coffees for the guests.

The hotel was generally clean and the room and bed clean and comfortable, with fresh towels provided every day, and adequate wardrobe space. The bathroom was well maintained although twice the water failed The hotel worked hard to restore the water. The air conditioning in the bedroom needs to be improved it was feeble and impossible to control. The breakfast could also be improved with more variety and more hot food. The pool area well maintained, fresh towels provided every day, an attendant life guard who also ensured the pool was insect free by scooping out anything untoward with a large net. The pool was a good size and the whole area very relaxing, also it was situated adjacent to the open air bar and dining area. Food at the hotel rather expensive. Staff obliging serving drinks from the bar until late in the evening and were very gracious despite the obvious long hours they had worked. The hall corridors all need refurbishment and some decent prints or paintings of the walls.. The hotel is well situated for easy access to the town centre, and easy driving to many places of interest . It also has lovely views of the trees and rooftops of the local villas and the mountains make a beautiful scenic backdrop.. Our stay was overall very pleasant and good value.

It was better than expected.Very helpful staff,I am planning to go back with my kids and grandchildren;13 persons!!!very good experience, the outdoor breakfast under a tent was very relaxing.

Hotel is very clean and staff friendly However the Hotel is on the outskirts and you really need a car. I had decided I would use a taxi from the train station and also on a night time to go into the center but taxis seem to put an additional charge before you even go anywhere of around 10euros - which left a bad taste. Everything is twice as much as I expected including food and drinks - it really is a place to go if money is no object as most of the restaurants dont even show prices!

UNA was used as the base for our visit to Cinque Terre. We were very happy with the hotel. 30 minute drive to LA Spezza train station which we used to catch the train to the villages of Cinque Terre. The staff were awesome, especially the restaurant servers. To be completely honest, UNA hotel was one of, if not the best, meal we had in Italy...and we ate at a lot of nice restaurants on our trip. The steak Florintine(sp?) cooked medium, ravioli in a bolognas(sp) sauce and chicken ceasar salad were AMAZING!!!! Can't say enough how amazing that diner was.
