This is a good hotel for the expense. I was please to have a Level 2 charging station since I was traveling with my electric vehicle. Bed was comfortable. Rooms could use some updating especially the bathroom ( Door would not open completely) and carpet stained. Staff pleasant.

Biggest concern was the room door didn’t latch/close tightly unless you slammed the door. Definitely a safety concern.

People were friendly & the rooms were decent. But the completely breakfast was terrible!!! And the dinning had No windows!

We were disappointed that the restaurant was no longer open. Both gentleman who were at the desk were friendly, especially the young man at check-in - he provided us with enough towels for us and recommended somewhere to eat.

Easy check-in, clean room, beds and pillows not the most comfortable but sufficed, and a good variety of breakfast choices other than no eggs for a protein choice.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was awesome, the grounds were clean. The only thing was, the back door was not locked even though the sign said it would be locked from 7pm-7am. I didn’t even see a lock on it.

At first look seems like a nice property. Check in was fast. When you get a good look: mold behind wallpaper, mold all over bathroom. Grout missing around tub. I don’t understand the lack of attention to cleanliness and detail. I couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.

The room was ok but the floor needed vacuuming, it’s as if a seamstress had been there before us. There were several pieces of threads, pieces of feathers, a hat pin and other stuff I could not identify on the floor. It was also very dusty.

Hate to say but non smoking room, found a cigarette butt on floor, chairs had burn holes and lots of hair on them

Staff was friends and helpful. I didnt care for the people sitting throughout the hotel who seemed to stare and watch your every move. When i first went into my room there was a McDonalds coffee cup, empty bag of chips, dr pepper bottle and a mountain dew bottle sitting in random places throughout the room. So either the hotel house keeping staff didnt do their job properly or someone was in the room after housekeeping was and they did not clean up after themselves.

This was just a quick over night stay while traveling to PA. We were pleased with our stay and the customer service was great. We needed extra pillows to accommodate my husband who had just had surgery. Tammy at the front desk made sure we had everything needed for a great stay. Considering we did not arrive till 11pm she went above and beyond.

Nice location in a very picturesque area. Friendly staff although they was no one available during my checkout. Comfortable room. Elevators could be cleaner.

Although the man at the front desk was pleasant, he said that he had to assign me a room on the first floor, where most hotel chains put pets. My dog is a service dog with official papers, and most definitely does not make messes inside. Yet she and I were required to have a 1st floor room where previous non service dogs had stayed, as evidenced by the odor of urine. Since it was late and I was exhausted from the long drive, I decided to stay in the room. In the morning, the free breakfast was a joke. The pancake machine was broken, the "eggs" were a fake yellow hockey puck that my dog would not even eat. There were muffins, toast or bagels, or fruit. All that was edible were a few boxes of cereal- who knows how old those boxes are.

Hotel was convenient and very reasonable for a quick overnight midpoint on our trip. The desk staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel was clean but in need of updating, seems to have been a long time since any updates have been done. We passed on the hot breakfast after my husband sampled the eggs and just grabbed a couple muffins for the road. Overall I would stay here again (and did on our way back, though it was 12:05am and I couldn’t book online with the app—paid considerably more as a walk-in, clerk begrudgingly gave me a $4 AAA discount at least).

Check in, walked into a room with the bed slept in and drinks on counter. Backed out. I get things happen. 2nd room I was given was filthy. And I mean gross! Toothpaste still in sink & mirror. Toilet bowl not clean inside or out. Hair on shower wall and tub. Bedding stained. Shower curtain nasty. To bad good area, building seems maintained. Housekeeping not so much!

Positives: great check-in experience, lots of parking, right off 81, good coffee, comfortable bed
Negatives: room was musty, I had to wipe down tables - there was sticky residue from previous occupant, door to the tiny bathroom opened inward and whacked into the toilet, one of the pillow cases had what looked to be black mascara stains
We would have switched rooms but we had a dog with us and were exhausted from a terrible trip.

The hotel was really nice and the room was beautiful and big! We went to a winery and the hotel was very close by. I will definitely return!

The hotel was fine, not bad at all for the price. Layout is a bit weird, and there is a popular Mexican restaurant connected to one end of the building.
