Very nice hotel, nice dinning around (puerto Madero)

Wonderful stay, ticked all the boxes.
With a change in exchange rate since booking this became a very good value for money stay.
My only issue was the blandness of the vegetarian food in the restsurant which I could nt eat . Apart from this everything was perfect.

Hotel room was not ready at 3pm as advertised and the hotel continued to disappoint in every area thereafter. Very average experience for a very pricey hotel. Better options with better service at other hotels in the city for much less money

Electric outlets are very minimal.
I wanted them by the bed.

Hotel needs TLC, better wifi, more pool chairs. Breakfast was just ok. Staff very helpful, dining room good. Had to re-key room card several times. E tral for Puerto Madero and Gallerias Pacifico but not much else.

This is a lovely property in an area close to shopping and restaurants. We received an upgrade to a very nice room. The staff were wonderful in helping us with directions and with questions. Be careful with your belongings on Avenue Florida.

The only thing I would suggest is having a bathroom closer to the pool with no AC so we you get out wet, you don’t freeze.

Nice enough central hotel. They say they have airport pick up but did not respond. Large room although shower screen was broken so bathroom got very wet. We stayed in another hotel on arrival which was cheaper and nicer.

Convenient. Great location. Close to shops, metro and ferry. Uber stops in front. Excellent breakfast with nice presentation. Lobby is nice.m. Staff in the reception and restaurant were accommodating and helpful. Comfortable and clean room. Will stay there again if I go back.

Many things did not function well in the room. 1) the light at entry was very dim and then you had to search for where and how to turn on lights. 2) Each light was controlled differently. 3) The 'black box' next to the bed was supposed to control overhead lights and did not work consistently. 4) There were two telephones with different lines, when the front deak rang, ran to one and no one was there ran to other and they hung up. 5) The fridge is in an enclosed piece of furniture and has no ventilation. When one opens the door of the furniture, hot air espcapes. I was concerned that the fridge couldn't work properly, because i have medication that must be refrigerated. Many such things were inconvenient and oudated, but the worst was when the supervisor of reception questioned me aggressively about my comments. Instead of listening courteously, Ana Victoria Wray, countered every comment with excuses and 'explanations' making an argument out of what should have been simply information. Her lack of understanding of customer service and her arrogance was truly surprising.

Property needs to be updated, more particularly the rooms. Common areas are better maintained. Staff is great, centrally located. Good deal for a short stay, more 3-4 stars than 5 star property though.

Love the hotel, walking distant to the shopping areas. Breakfast was great. Wish the shower tub have better glass door because the water spilled out to floor every time we showered.

Very clean and modern. It is in a good section of the town near shopping and food. Staff was quite friendly and had our room ready early after 24 hours of traveling. Very appreciated.

Clean and pleasant hotel in good location. Large rooms and good breakfast. Rooms on street a bit noisy. Check in is 3.00pm so early arrival can be an issue. Very good value.

The hotel is a charming middle class hotel in a great location. Close to the historic centre, Puerto Madero, and the ferry terminal. It has a nice little bar a pool and outdoor patio and even a pretty decent restaurant with an excellent breakfast.

Property was great
. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with a cab. Hotel recommended the restaurant and we had the restaurant order a cab back to hotel. The driver did not have the meter running. He would only accept US dollars and charge $20 for a 6 min ride that should have been 1000 pesos. It wasn't the amount just the principle that we shouldn't have to worry about this when it was there recommendation.

Staff were really friendly, the young lady on the desk was extremely helpful.
No complaints, decent breakfast options.
Wi-Fi was good.

The staff was super helpful and made our stay better; especially with language issues and local knowledge.

From the beginning to the end of our 12 day stay at the Regal Pacific, we received amazing service from the staff. We arrived early from a cruise, and the front desk quickly accommodated us by giving us a room upgrade! The buffet breakfast each morning was fresh with a lot of variety to choose from each morning. The pool was a nice for cooling off in the afternoon, but not large enough for a proper swim (we walked so much, we didn't need extra exercise). The dining room staff were wonderful and we looked forward to practicing our Spanish each morning during breakfast. The concierge was also willing and helpful for a number of questions from booking taxis to finding a nail spa. The room was spacious after being on a cruise ship and everything worked well (air conditioning, water pressure). They have a system where you flip a switch to indicate that you would like your room made up which was convenient and prevented the early morning knock on the door from housekeeping that occurs in many hotels. The location is very central to many of the sightseeing areas, Puerto Madero is only a five minute walk away and full of restaurants and if you prefer high end shopping the Galleria Pacifica mall is two blocks away. The mall has an extensive food court which was helpful when we didn't feel like going to a restaurant. Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Regal Pacific and look forward to visiting again.

The bathroom could be cleaner but over all it was a good hotel. Good selection for breakfast and friendly staff.
