Very nice, large room, tons of outlets and lights. The bed was surprisingly very tall and hard to climb into. Conveniently located. Breakfast was not worth the time. Very Bland. The oatmeal cookies however we're tasty. Staff were very friendly.

Our stay here was nice & pleasant. Staff were super friendly! Our breakfast lady host was a hoot! So friendly accommodating, we enjoyed her happy go lucky attitude. Staff were all ver helpful. Due to weather we did encounter no TV for 2 days. No fault of hotel they did what they could do to get it
restored. The pool location is way in the back of property, no privacy from parking lot that services other businesses and NO shade to really enjoy being out there. If the pool doesn’t matter to you then this place is for you.

Well updated facility. Had some issues with the television but the staff on duty was friendly and efficient in trying to get it fixed.

Good hot breakfast with several options! The room was cozy and clean. Even thought this hotel is located next to the highway it is not noisy. This hotel is also very conveniently located right next (literally steps away!) to a Denny's, Shell gas station, a tea shop, and a liquor store.

Easy on off freeway and minutes from stock yards Breakfast was good. I always enjoy the cinnamon rolls.

Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Wonderful. Breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold (because it was a weekend?) The negatives are the staff manners. Any other hotel I ever stayed at the staff would not get on the elevator with you. They would allow you on first and wait for the next one. Every time an employee would jump in first, once even with a cleaning cart. We had to wait for the next elevator because of this. It was very rude. Also, a cup of coffee was spilled in the elevator and it was only wiped up with something dry. It needed to be washed with soap and water. Floor was dirty looking and sticky for the entire stay.

This is our second stay at this location . Both times it has been excellent !! Its our go too when we are having a night on the town and want a closer to Ft Worth hotel

Size of room great and big tv but terrible for tv service froze and blacked out in the middle of the Super Bowl I was so disappointed! It did over and over -room wasn’t cleaned like it should have been -call me 817 228-7599 I’ll explain dope found in public restroom by office

My reservations was for a king size bed but they gave me 2 queens. Didn't want to go back and argue the reservations. Tired after 5 hours driving. The last night we couldn't get in our room. Had to get the key redone. No one at front desk. No bell to ring for service. Holler a few times to no avail. Could have robbed the snack section blind. Walked behind the reception desk into room behind it and front desk person had fallen asleep. Finally got key redone after at a 10 minute wait to get someone's attention. Upon checking out the next morning I requested a receipt. Upon getting home realized my reservation was thru Hotels.com and the charge was for $571.55 but the hotel charged me $619.61 on my credit card.

The hotel staff was very nice and our room was clean. The only negatives were that the windows were covered up - I guess they were painting outside- and the traffic noise on 820 was very loud. If I go back I will request a room on the other side of the building - an odd number room. Maybe that would help.

Our room was fitted with cold LED bulbs which made the nice room seem sterile and cold. I get LED lighting but choose a warmer color snd it will go a long way.

Great overall, however the shower leaks a lot of water. Always get a pool of water after showering, even with multiple towels put on the floor it dampens the towels quite a bit. You can tell from the walls that theres mold and damage from continuous water damage. And this is the same issue our friend had as well who we traveled with

The hotel smelled. The water pressure in bathroom couldn’t even wash off my toothpaste so I had to use the bathtub faucet.

Overall a great stay, the rooms were updated with modern amenities such as plugs and usb outlets everywhere. There were many switches for lighting all of the room which made it very nice at night, other amenities in the room included a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, iron, ironing board and bottles of dove products for the soap and shampoo. Breakfast was a wide range of options that was available until 10am and a coffee bar that was available 24 hours. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the surrounding area was decent.

Close to meeting destination. Shocked by $250 incidental request, lowered to $150. Thought it was going to be on hold but was actually deducted from my bank account. Told by hotel receptionist it may take 3-5 days to be reversed but up to 14 days if reserved by third party like Expedia. AC unit in room 216 was noisy all the time day and night. Won’t stay there again.

We stayed here and room cleaning service was not done properly. Our towels were taken away and no replacement were in room. We had to ask for towels everytime.

No tv, no working Wi-Fi, in any room. Very very rude staff the first night the staff the second night was polite but still could not get us a room with a working tv or Wi-Fi.
