The room was quite large which was great. It was old and needed some work. The carpet was frayed and the furniture was old. We would stay there again.

The check in was ok when asking what direction our room was she was very short and rude. The room was horrible broke down closet didn't shut tv lower then bed toilet all busted and glued fridge didn't work. Mattress was built up with sheets or something it was horrible.

The shower in my room had no water pressure at all so i took a drippy shower also the bed was sunkin in. I would not stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room did not have hair dryer but young woman (at desk) brought one to our room. She also gave us several restaurant suggestions for dinner. She was most helpful. Lobby area and desk were clean and updated. Breakfast was OK, not great! Furniture in rooms was dated and shabby. While searching for an electrical outlet next to bed, husband noticed about 1/8” dust on outlet. Window was filthy. Linens were well used! Elevator buttons did not work properly. We and another woman couldn’t get from second floor to first for some time as the button would not accept the command. Husband had same problem this morning while trying to ferry luggage down to car.

So many things broken, not clean and smelled bad during this stay!

We arrived late but the front desk gentleman was very helpful and welcoming. The problem started when we got to our room. We walked in and the room smelled badly. I was too tired to do much about it after driving all day. But the following morning when I went to shower, there was hair all over the bathtub that we had not used yet. I heard noise all night long and finally gave up trying to sleep and went for the complimentary breakfast, which I was definitely not impressed at all about. I went back upstairs in hopes to get some sleep before checkout, and I heard dogs barkin in the hall right outside my door. Right after that, someone started drilling right next door to our room. As that was happening, we heard a knock on the door and as my soon was walking over the check who it was, the cleaning lady busted through the door, saw us and just walked out, but not before almost hitting my son in the face with the door. It was over all not a good experience. I will say the only thing good was the front desk employees.

Staff was friendly. Room OK despite old and scarred up furniture. Bed looked like it would be uncomfortable but turned out to be fine. Limited TV channels. Don't go there if you want to see CNN or MSNBC. Breakfast OK. The usual with a somewhat grumpy attendant who for sure wanted everyone out of the space on time despite the fact that is an open space available at any time. But to be fair, she wanted to get the tables cleaned up. Probably would upgrade next time around.

This property is not being maintained. Toilet ran water all night. Outlet on bedside lamp did not work. Cracking paint and caulk in the bathroom. Disgusting. Bathroom door was all beat up. Elevator stopped at every floor even if no one getting on or off. Attendant in breakfast area very nice and helpful.

Our room ia nice and large, the bathroom is nice.
The problem is the space between where the carpet and the tiled floor is worn and there are staples sticking and if you stand on that it hurts.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the included breakfast. Beds are horribly uncomfortable; unfortunately. The pillows are even worse. Difficult for us after 10 hours on the road. Probably wont stay again because our backs and necks cant handle it. But everything else was great. Clranliness is good, only complaint there is the air filters on the a/c units should be cleaned more regularly for those with allergies. And if we ask for a non-smoking room; you should know for a fact its non-smoking. It put our eldest with allergies into an allergic reaction.

Only 7:00 and breakfast options depleted. No sausage, no milk and decaffeinated coffee not even an option. No one working the station.
Rooms worn and outdated but very clean. Staff at desk very friendly with check in. Plenty of hot water for showering. Bedding ok.

The bed was too short for my 6’3 husband, even though it was supposedly a king size bed.

I liked the service.. I was out at my vehicle as I was on my way back to my room the door would not accept the key to unlock. After multiple times trying the person from the front came all the way where I was and opened for me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location right off the highway. Comfortable and clean room and bed. Was very quiet and a nice place to stay

Our room was not ready upon arrival after verbal confirmation that our room would be ready at the specified time. The elevator buttons were broken. Bedsheets we’re stained. The whole second floor and stairwell smelled of weed. We also found a half smoked joint in the stairwell.

I arrived at midnight to be told "there was no reservation under my name". Turns out a previous desk clerk had registered another traveler under my name. It took 1/2 hr to rosolve this issue. Thanks to CJ, an employee of 2 weeks, for resolving this issue and getting us registered.
There was no coffee dire need of some loving care.

I had to sleep in my car. I have asthma and the elevator was broken, couldn’t reach my reservation room 320. I kindly requested a refund in writing. Manager was not given my refund written request. I have a picture of the request. Manager has yet to reply.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to questions asked. The 3rd floor carpeting had a musty odor. The elevator was in terrible condition, the control panel was held together by zip ties and screws. Not a very good image when entering the elevator

They have a field behind the property to park my 5th wheel.

Elevator was in poor condition with makeshift floor buttons made from duck tape and screws, smoke alarm missing in room, room key what not open back entrance. Not up to what I would consider La Quinta standards.
