This hotel is does not smell well. Old furniture, old carpet....needs a BIG upgrade.

Great hotel. It was clean, beds were awesome and the staff were all pleasant. Wonderful breakfast selection(hot and cold items).
Only compliant I had was the trash truck woke us up at 6:30am right outside our window(ground floor room 123). The dumpster is literally 6ft from that room and the 2 on each sides windows. If I could offer any advice to the hotel to make those rooms Perfect, it would be move the dumpster somewhere else! Other than that, absolutely perfect!

The beds were too high. I am short and it was very uncomfortable getting up on the mattress to sleep. When I got off mattress I slid till I touched the floor which was a drop. Everything else was Perfect.

The hotel was super clean , the front desk was friendly and the breakfast was incredible . I will come back if I have to go to Waycross.

I’ve stayed here for years when I’m in town/. The staff is nearly invisible but everything is taken care of. Breakfast is fine and the rooms are clean. The property needs a little TLC for small repairs, wallpaper tears, new towels, and outlet repairs. Still a clean hotel at an affordable price, but not quite what it used to be.

Totally adequate 1-night stay. Room was totally fine, and breakfast was tolerable. Not super close to many great dining options (Olive Garden across the street), and Waycross isn't much of a walking town, but this place served it's purpose for three of us for one night.

This hotel was perfect. So cozy. I enjoyed everything about it up until I took a shower on a cold morning. There was barely hot water. It wasn’t even body temperature. It was the coldest all the way hot shower I have ever taken.

Great hotel! Nice beds, clean, breakfast included but also near other dining and shopping areas. Free access to Planet Fitness nearby. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Old Hotel lobby feel was unique.
Shower water took a long time to get hot and the shower head was not very good.

My stay at this Best Western Plus was a good experience, my check-in went very smoothly and I got in my room earlier than expected, staff was nice, room was very clean ,the breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from

The room was fantastic and huge. The bathroom was the largest I’ve seen in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet with lots of eateries around. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Staff were unfriendly and rude and unhelpful with the internet. Breakfast was good. Rooms are a bit tired but roomy.

Although slightly outdated it was surprisingly a comfortable overnight stay for the rate. The full breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. A few recommendations i have is to landscape the front to match the beauty of the hotel itself and service that small but beautiful pool area. My wife and i had intended to take a dip and relax in the pool however it wasnt clean. You have so much potential to truly stand out more..

The room was clean, carpet was a little sticky. Beds are very comfortable. We had a coffee maker but no pot and no cups. Staff was quick to accommodate and very courteous!

Everyone was very friendly. The entire place not only smelt good but was nice and clean. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m town visiting friends.

The woman owner was rude. Then she put us in a room the had no air conditioning, so her husband came in and moved us. Which made the visit a kitty better. Breakfast was hot with a lot of options for people who don’t eat meat

I stayed four nights for a business trip. I am very eco-friendly and the staff accommodated that request. I enjoy working out and the hotel had a guest membership to Planet Fitness…this was awesome for me. The room was spacious, bed comfortable. I will stay there again when I am in Waycross.

Room was poorly cleaned and the bed was terrible. A large flood light was right outside the window and pipe expanding noises permeated the room all night. Worst night sleep ever.
