This motel has become our go-to location when visiting family in Portland. Nothing special, but the rooms are always clean. Convienient access to south Portland.

Room appeared clean but had a strong smell (an industrial cleaner maybe? It was hard to tell what it was). We had to leave the window open all night to get rid of it.
The man who checked us in was very friendly and
helpful.

The free breakfast is great. Especially the biscuits and gravy which is awesome.

The pictures are deceiving. There were homeless people in and out. Put door had been kicked in at one point and not properly replaced. Our window was cracked. Towels had stains on them. Overall felt sketchy and unsafe.

The location was perfect for what we needed to do. It is not a high quality hotel. The shower head needs to be fixed.

The pictures on the site look fine. Middle of the road even. When you get there, you feel catfished. The difference really is in the details.
The lobby doesn't have Automatic doors (like i said, little details). For a mother of two, trying to pull a door open (instead of pushing open), can be an annoying task. Especially when your hands are full. And you have two beings RIGHT infront of your feet.
I felt offended when we reached our room, after all, they asked me for a deposit! I stepped on a rusty nail from an old tack strip they hadn't removed before installing their carpet, upon entering the bathroom. My husband asked for pliers from the front desk. He removed them himself.
Stains and a "thing" growing on the wall, evident leak under sink that resembles blood, walls deteriorating around the tub. The room smelled like a smoker was there,it stunk!
In short, i need to ask for my deposit back to get myself a tetanus shot.
Also, can somone tell me what was on the wall?!

the staff was very good and attentive. overall, the hotel looks a little tired. the morning breakfast was mostly carbohydrates and simple.

Room is okay. Has refrigerator and oven. Breakfast is very basic. Bedding is not good. I felt the beddings were not changed after the last guest and the beds make noise even if you try to turn.

The room was clean, but the facility as a whole was worn and didn't seem to be kept up.

The staff was great. But the property itself is run down. Our door didn’t close all the way which was a security concern. We found other peoples hair on the walls in our shower. The bed sheets had cigarette burns and stains. I would not recommend this place

The hotel is outdated with a huge “Motel” sign, but it’s actually misleading. It is a decent HOTEL and it was pretty clean. I thought for the value it was a 10. You won’t be disappointed to stay

I recently stayed at this motel that had an okay location. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing and provided exceptional service. However, one downside was that the room was not cleaned every day, but rather every other day. This was a bit disappointing. Additionally, considering the cost of the hotel, I felt that I could have paid the same amount for a better quality hotel in downtown. Overall, while the staff was great, the cleanliness and value for money were not up to par.

Very close to a great restaurant, easy access to freeway, close to our daughters. Rooms were cleaned and dirty towels were replaced each day.

When I first saw the property, it wasn’t the same as the photo. It looks like a typical motel you might take a hooker to. No curb appeal whatsoever.
They need to keep up on the repairs to make it more appealing. The tiles in the elevator are cracked, the caulking in our bathtub was split, and the pleather headboard in our room was peeling, which housekeeping tried to cover up by stacking the pillows to cover it.
Other than that it was comfortable. Some pluses we noticed: nice plush towels, clean comfortable bed, not much noise from outside even though it’s on two busy streets, plenty of hot water and the shower head had good water pressure. We did have a person across the hall that was yelling at someone, which felt a little unsafe, but didn’t last long.
All in all it was good.

The room was very clean and sheets and towels appeared new and were large and fluffy. Parking garage was great so we didn't have to walk in the rain. The motel is on the older side but I would definitely stay here again due to the cleanliness and location.

We had a great night's stay and the place was quiet and clean. The front desk was quite accommodating and the breakfast had limited choices but was very good.

A lot worse than expected. Lobby staff unprofessional appearance and lobby music, lobby and elevator area felt more like a hostel. Carpet and walls were stained. Bathroom cramped and dated. Hallway noise and interesting people hanging around. Next to adult video store.

The property is aging. Getting to it is a bit of a trick with the only entrance off a busy street where the light can back up traffic. Convenient covered parking made it easier to not get wet. Grocery and Restaurants conveniently located across the street.

This place needs some serious maintenance. Everything was falling apart and our room smelled weird.

This was a nice hotel at one time but it’s past its prime. The beds and bathrooms were clean enough but the whole place could use a good deep clean and maybe shampoo the rugs. The room was large and nicely laid out but smelled like something stale and musty. The managers were friendly and helpful and we got lots of nice fluffy towels. The breakfast was sub par and the coffee was terrible. This is an inexpensive hotel in a noisy area of town. For the price, it’s okay.

The room is clean and comfortable. We were not expecting the jacuzzi tub or the separate living room area. ESPECIALLY for the price. We searched first online based on price and availability, Then read the reviews. It's been a pleasant surprise

Quaint hotel. Nice for the price. It's location is a little hard to get in and out of but just takes patience. Hotel is a bit outdated but we were comfortable. Surprisingly, it was quiet enough despite being close to the heat and freeway. Continental breakfast is not on par with other hotels but commensurate with hotel price. There is an adult video store next door so you see some interesting people close but it wasn't a problem for us. For the price, it is a decent place to stay. Friendly staff is a plus
