Water was disgusting, band aids, plastic and soiled shorts floating. Restaurant staff was horrible. Beds were so uncomfortable and no shower water pressure. Will never go again.

The door was tough to open mechanical wise, maintenance came up and made an adjustment and it was fine after. The room was beaten up pretty good. The toilet paper despenser broke the first use and the shower made a high pitched screech THE WHOLE TIME. The rest of the stay was ok. The room although dated was clean.

We had a fun time staying at the Lodge. Kids enjoyed the arcade and the pool. Was sad Jonny Rockets is no longer at this location.

The staff were super friendly and room was clean. Food at the tell tales tavern was good! Fun arcades. Two of the main water slides were closed due to lack of staff and they also ran out of towels for the water park due to a broken dryer. Beds not super comfortable. Overall it was a nice trip but wish we could’ve gone on all the slides they advertise.

Indoor waterpark closed during almost all of our stay due to electrical issues. Corporate does not understand families - the arcades are locked up by 10 - even the BAR closes before 10pm! So many bored kids and upset parents due to the waterpark closure and corporate doing virtually nothing to make it up to the guests. The staff was VERY NICE and it is NOT their fault- they are put in the awkward position of having to apologize for corporate’s misguided policies. They tried to make a movie night for the little kids. Room had mostly non-functional electrical outlets, warm fridge even at coolest setting.Uncomfortable beds. Overpriced everything. Their Corporate office should listen to the staff who know what the customers go through and improve this place before it too, like their Johnny Rockets, will need to be demolished.
They are reimbursing us for only one night and told us to o rain any further reimbursement from Expedia. I will be reaching out about this.

Water park was closed due to an investigation of a 5 year old almost drowning. This was kept from guests saying it was a transformer that was down. But the rest of the hotel was up and running including their arcade.

I didn't sleep much because the sofa bed has uneven surfaces. Has a bugs inside the room. I saw a lot of crackers and mc and cheese on the floor stairs from day 1 and until i leave still there from 1st floor to 3rd floor.

The hotel stay was fun and easy. We chose the hotel because it had a good price and the indoor waterpark was a fun activity after a long drive and the next leg of our trip. The facilities were fun and had a nice theme. It seems they are renovating some rooms and I don't think we had a new one, but it was still in a pretty good state. My complaint is that there was some debris (crumbs and a sealed breakfast pastry) under the beds and the pullout mattress was old, stained, and a little flimsy. When we entered the room everything was clean and tidy and I understand how the stuff under the bed might be missed when getting the room ready. Since they are a kid-friendly venue and offer a grab-and-go breakfast that guests bring back to their rooms, I think they should check under the bed a little better for trash.

Took my 4 year old and 6 year old. Both had a BLAST. Everything was kid friendly. The hotel was nice, I wouldn’t say it was the best I’ve ever stayed at but it was clean and convenient for the water park. My only complaint is the “free breakfast” was only yogurt, fruit, and granola bars which was fine for the kids but I needed more. There are on site food options which again, work for the kids, but if we stayed another night I would have ventured off for a nearby restaurant or ordered food. We definitely will be back

The Water park was great for an 8 year old. The only downfall was that there was not nearly enough tubes for the lazy river. Splash pad area was great. The room was very dated and the beds were very uncomfertable. One of the bed frames was broken and the beds were so worn out you could feel every bar on the frame did not sleep well at all. Half of the games in the arcade said to check back soon and were not able to be played. I

Check In time is at 4 they had no rooms available till 6 pm had to wait 2 hours the kids weren’t happy and either were we the bathrooms and tables in the water park area absolutely disgusting and broken tables too

This wasn’t our family’s first stay at the resort, but things seem to be in decline.
The Good: the waterpark is fine. A few slides (although one was always out of order while we were there), a nice long lazy river, snacks… it delivers what you came for.
The Bad: we had to wait a little over an hour after we checked in for our room to be ready, even though we checked in after 4pm. They don’t have the cleaning staff to support the number of rooms requiring turnover apparently. Nothing like starting your trip by sitting with all your luggage in the lobby with dozens of other angry parents and screaming kids for an hour.
Our room had two queen beds, and both seemed to have broken bedframes or mattresses. They sagged in a strange U shape so you felt like you were sleeping in a hammock. The shower didn’t have quite enough water pressure, so the water would occasionally just shut off completely, but when it WAS running air would leak through the diverter and make a terrible squealing sound. Both mornings we were there you could hear showers squealing as we walked down the hall.
The breakfast was pretty sad. Cartons of milk, a few shelves of granola bars, and thats about it. No warm food, no lines or staff, so just kind of mayhem.
All in all, it wasn’t TERRIBLE, but I can’t see us going back again.

Restaurant and bar closed at 9 pm & only 1 or 2 places to eat (restaurant and snack shack). Couldn’t get an adult beverage past 8 or 9 pm.
Room wasn’t cleaned- garbage on floor and melted ice/water left in ice bucket in room.
Room smelled gross and hallway where rooms were smelled awful too.
Gross pizza- order the garlic knots and chicken tenders.
Unsafe- not nearly enough lifeguards- about 1/3 or 1/4 the amount that they have a great wolf lodge. No attendants at top of any of the water slides where bucket dump section
Of the water park is located so ppl were pushing, colliding into each other at bottom, and going down head first.
Lots of rusty spots throughout indoor water park. My daughter scraped her knee on a rusty stair.
Only thing better than great wolf lodge was their lazy river. However, since there were not enough lifeguards- 1 for entire lazy river who could see maybe 1/3-1/4 of the river-it was unsafe and super overcrowded. Not nearly enough tubes and so much pushing and kicking. My daughter screamed, “mom, I don’t want to drown, people keep pushing my head underwater with their tubes”.
I cannot believe this place is allowed to operate this way. There’s no way they are in compliance with the regulations. If you have large kids who can handle a free for all and have had a tetanus shot recently, this place might be for you, but bring your own food, drinks, and vacuum along.
You get what you pay for and I’ll happily pay more to stay at the great wolf

Good spot for a family vacation, the kids loved having access to the water park every day as well as little activities. Main restaurant was closed so we had to go into town every day, tavern had very few options, no kids menu. Room was spacious, unfortunately mattresses really need to be updated, we were sinking in the middle. We rented a room suited for 6 with the pullout, it was a complete wreck, the frame barely holding and the mattress in dire need of an upgrade as well.
Recommend to add a bunch of hooks in the washroom and fan to help dry, the clothesline is a good help but not large enough for multi day swimming.

Check in time supposed to be at 4 pm recieved the room only at 6pm after arguing with the representative and the room wasn't so clean. After went to ask for a blanket and a bedsheet for a sofa never received. The line for breakfast was too long.
The hotel and waterpark was super very crowded.

What a great quick trip away! The kids enjoyed the waterpark and the arcade, and the free breakfast was a great add since the last time we stayed. We will return soon

Fun place to go with young children, ours had a blast in the water slides. The lifeguards are extremely professional and take health and safety very seriously!
The rooms are of very good size for a family of four. The downside was the room didn’t get cleaned once during our three nights stay, even though we had put the “maid service” request card on the door. Second day we called reception to let them know we needed cleaning, and it still didn’t get cleaned.
I don’t recommend the arcades, they are extremely expensive. There are a few arcades in the area for a fraction of the price.
Hotel has no electric car charging point.

While my kids had a fantastic time, the water park was fun for them. There were two issues which we found very..upsetting. The snack bar in the waterpark only takes Debit Cards, no cash, no credit cards, they also ID EVERYONE for alcoholic beverages. Which, i can understand someone young looking. In this case, completely annoying while in the waterpark to have your ID with you when you're, well, obviously old! Again, they didnt say anything until ready to payment. And then when i questioned why the machine wasnt working, he told me Debit Card only with your PIN. The othet issue is, in the middle of the night while up to use the bathroom, there was a cochroach. Maybe i was tired, but thats what it was. I killed it as quick as i saw it and flushed it down the toliet to be rid of it. The staff was poliete.

Great property, great family friendly atmosphere. Lots of options to enhance your trip. Breakfast was a big hit for my family. Friend staff. Room was clean. Very worth it for the money.

The water park was actually a blast. My kids loved it. The employees are nice. The buffets the lodge offered was just over priced for a bunch of microwaved food that they ran out of. At each buffet they would actually only have about half of the menu available. I watched as an employee filled up their plastic to go container to the rim with food. In my opinion having those to go containers right next to the plates as an option is half the reason why the buffet was always out of food. Or letting your employees take containers of food to the rim while the guest who paid $40 an adult and $20 per child couldn’t even make a plate because the food was gone is another part of the problem. Need a better system. Aside from the food, everything else was good. In fact my kids can’t wait to go back to the water park. I just know now to make dinner reservations in advance to one of the surrounding restaurants by the lodge or DoorDash food in.

The area was stunning and beautiful!! The hotel was so dirty!! The breakfast however was very great and the hall room was very clean but the main lobby, stairs and hallways were horrible!

Everyone was amazing! The front desk staff however were short and unpleasant. Besides them it was so awesome and the kids loved it!

The park was nice for about a day, but we kind of got burnt out after that first day. The temperature in the water park was significantly colder the following day, so we only spent a short time there. Nobody delivered our toiletries that they said they would send up for housekeeping despite trying to just pick them up at the front desk. The room was significantly smaller than the last time we stayed, and we had an extra person that we paid to stay this time, so it was very cramped. The tv was placed in a location that was not lined up with the beds, so we couldn’t all see it if we were laying in bed at the end of the day. The breakfast was not as good the second day, and they ran out of to go containers. The people who worked there were extremely nice and helpful, sans one lifeguard that just blew his whistle at us at the close of the first night but didn’t elaborate if we were doing something wrong or if it was time to leave, so I didn’t know what he was signaling until I walked up to him to ask. The floors were kind of slimy, so that grossed me out. $50 to stay an extra 3 hours was kind of ridiculous, and we had to go down to get extra key cards. Overall, fun for about a one night stay, but overpriced to stay for a whole weekend. Also, stuffed animals were priced absurdly high.

I wish the resort was a little cleaner. There was a dirty diaper in the room when we arrived.
I also wish some of the resort offerings were still available. No more magic quest. No Johnny rockets diner.
Breakfast buffet was good. I also enjoyed the water park.
This was our fourth time staying, but probably our least enjoyable experience due to the cleanliness and the lack of respect options.

We really like coming to this indoor water park. The lobby is beautiful but I feel like it is getting a little rundown. In the women’s bathroom in the water park area the wash area had issues w/all the sinks. I had to get soap from one sink & wash my hands in another sink.
In our room it was full of old food, candy, water bottles ect under the bed, just not cleaned properly.

We had to wait about an hour to get our room. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay. Old room, need some renovation. Breakfast OK. only 3 pancakes making machines. the line up can be long.
But it's very convenient to access to the water park. The Kids had a great time. The water park is well managed and safe guard everywhere.

It was really lovely place to stay with our 2 small kids (2yr & 3yr).
The indoor waterpark was really really great. Our kids loved it!
The restaurant on the main floor was also great and also the arcade games.
It was really something for all ages.
We had the new year's buffet however, it was pretty expensive, 39$/person, drinks were not included, the food was cold and average, you are better off going to the restaurant on the main level and have a great view of the waterpark and affordable hot served food.
The rooms were big and we were able to get a crib into our room which made it so much easier for nap times. The only thing I would say could be an improvement are the beds. The beds are extremely soft to the point it's uncomfortable unfortunately. Otherwise the rooms comes with a mini fridge and a decent sized bathroom. Everything was super cleaned which was highly appreciated.
The indoor waterpark was amazing! Super clean pools and fun events as well.
The receptionist was super welcoming and was able to answer all the questions.
Starbucks was amazing and on point 👌
The breakfast was very Short, 8-10am so it's packed full and they run out of food around 9:30, so it's a pretty stressful breakfast experience, but the food is great!
Although there are some things that could be better I think this place is a gem for a family getaway, especially if you have small children between 2-8 yrs.
Truly worth the experience and we will most likely be back again.

Breakfast was so so, not much variety.

The rooms are dated but clean. Rooms need to be remodeled. Shower leaked to side of bathroom creating a puddle. Main door to the room was "fixed" with a piece of metal screwed in but needed to be opened or closed with muscle. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, happy to be there despite the holiday. Food options on property are not very extensive.

We had a great time overall
But cleaness in the bathroom of the waterpark is terrible. Not much option for food and expensive. The wall are in carton, a couple was fighting/arguing all night beside or room, it was like we were there.
