The hotel did not meet expectations due to the presence of many mosquitoes inside the rooms. Despite requesting repellent, the product provided caused nasal irritation. A change of room was requested, but it did not solve the problem, since it was just as infested with mosquitoes. The hotel did not provide a refund as it was booked through Expedia. Expedia promised to send a claim to the hotel to request reimbursement for the conditions of the hotel. Expedia only offered a token percentage of compensation. The truth is that it didn't even make up for half of the other hotel I had to book that same night. After six days I am still waiting for Expedia to resolve the refund. Actually, I'm disappointed and contemplating finding a more dependable travel company in the future, and I'll be sure to check guest reviews before booking any other hotel. If you're not concerned about contracting illnesses like Zika or dengue from mosquitoes, then perhaps this hotel is suitable. However, it's important to note that neither Expedia nor the hotel takes responsibility if you fall ill. That's the perception I gained from my unfortunate experience.

We arrived at the hotel around 1:50 pm on the day of our reservation. We had to wait past 3 pm to get into our room (and we were not the only ones). My best guess is that they did not have sufficient staff to clean the rooms fast enough to get them ready for the new arrivals. Also, bring repellent with you because the room was infested with mosquitos!

Prefect place to stay before a return flight. Astrid at the front desk is super helpful. The little restaurant is wonderful. Great service and food.

The hotel was clean and my contact and experience with the front desk was very good. The property has an odd configuration in an industrial setting that might be off putting to some. The structure itself, while clean is tired be towels are again clean but thread worn. I only had breakfast at the restaurant which was ok and the staff there was also very nice. I received text messages during the day a was traveling and sent a message that I would be arriving late and got a promo message back saying that would not be a problem. I arrived late from the airport and was out to catch a bus to my final destination first thing. All I need was a place to rest my head a bite to eat early in the morning and at that price it was all o needed.

We liked the hotel itself, quaint and with character. We chose this place to be close to airport for a very early flight the next morning. Little did we know we were not going to be able to sleep due to a wedding happening right behind our room. Hotel staff did not inform us of that at check in.

The hotel is very attractive, pleasant space. It is convenient to both the Airport and car rentals.

Even though it is next to the airport, I heard no planes flying overhead. Conveniently located for my trip, economical, clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds. If there is anything to criticize is the water pressure, but that is a minor concern. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Just had a few things not in the room like towels, not one single shower, towel, or washcloth phone was in operable but the staff was very helpful

is great location for an earlier departure to airport, they do not have shuttle, they can call taxi for you, the cost is around 150 pesos,rcepcionist were servicial, and informative, there are not many option to eat around, they do have a restaurant but no expect something fancy, food was not great, but was food, waiter was friendly and understaning.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport in Merida. The pool is a great addition harder to find in hotels near downtown. Overall, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, but telephones for inter-room communications don't work (we asked the front desk to check them, but they never came). No hand towels were provided which we thought was odd. The hotel is several miles away from the main tourist attraction but this was no problem as we had a rental car.

The AC didn't work properly, no matter how much I manipulated the remote control it didn't cool enough and seemed it would stop working at anytime. Besides the hot, humid weather, there were too many mosquitoes we expected the AC to help with. Also, the room wasn't ready, although we checked-in 3 hours later than check-in time, there were no towels, no soap, and the toilet's seat was wet with a large hair, it looked dirty.

This property is very close to the airport so convenient if you have an early flight. They arranged for a taxi to take me to airport. The courtyard area with pool is lovely. The pool is huge. The room was a little tired. It could use a facelift but it was clean and adequate.

My stay was ok, the room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. However they were not able to get the TV to work. The wifi quality is also very poor. The hotel is further away from the tourist area so prepare to pay $100 pesos on Uber every time or $150 pesos for taxi.

This is a really cute little property with great Mexican character, clean rooms, quiet, great common areas, decent food, excellent staff with good English. Super close to the airport . Overall, a really great way to end our vacation in the Yucatán

I like the pool is big and nice the issue is that it was not very clean as the walls of the pool had black stains. The property is very nice and I like the hotel but some maintenance is needed.
