This hotel/motel doesn't look like much on the outside. The neighborhood might seem a bit iffy, too. DO NOT be fooled!! What an awesome hole in the wall! The personality is all inside! Superb customer service, beautiful gift shop and the restaurant is clean. Nice selection of food. The bar is well stocked. The rooms are beautiful. Clean amd comfortable and cozy. Parking may be tight as this is a popular spot for locals, as well. This will most certainly be a regular stop for us!

No pool, elevator, and the room smelled unpleasant. Ask the staff about partial refund but was told because I went through a third party it was not possible. I would not recommend

There is no working elevator. The front desk clerk says it hasn’t worked for nearly a week and it breaks often. So we had to carry our suitcases up three flights of stairs.

The room was unacceptably dirty. The sheets were not clean and there were dead bugs everywhere.
The staff however were fantastic! They were able to change our room and made sure the new room was clean.
The front desk gave me a email for management but they have not responded.

Not clean floors dirty. Rooms smell strange, no wifi even after i told them how to fix it(i'm a Systems Engineer). Receaved no help from inexperienced front desk attendent. She was swampped with people needing help and she was having to call someone on how to help each person/issue. Perfect customer centric person but just needed training on what to do for all issues.

This property looks to be newly remodeled and is pretty nice compared to their local competitors but it was pretty dirty. Our bathroom, including the shower was not cleaned well.

Hotels no longer refresh the room if you stay more than one night? Ran out of toilet paper and coffee on second day.

The staff was nice and helpful, but the family is way overdue for a major cleaning. The hotel had been previously updated, so it was in the current styling. I visited 3 rooms, each having very dirty carpets in need of shampooing, and air conditioning that smelled funky and not fresh. One room had a vomit stain on the floor and literally smelled like vomit upon entering. I actually had to clean the shower drain of a huge hair wad because the water was backing up, and this was a better alternative than trying to find another room that wasn’t as bad… Room chair had dried butt matter on it… I got the air freshener so I could rest better…

We were awaken at 10:30 p.m. on our first night with a lady trying to get in our room who had a key to our room. We always lock down our room at night so she was not able to get in. I had canceled our last night of our reservation but this was our first night of the reservation. Other than that it was a pleasant stay! It was quiet a scare.

The service is fine, the breakfast looked great. My room was pretty clean, but smelled terrible....I thought maybe it was just because air was up high and so maybe it was just stale smelling. I went to dinner hoping that cooling the room off would help, but not really. I had already gotten all of my stuff unpacked or I might've asked to change - I was tired and didn't want the hassle. I have stayed there before and chose it again based on my last experience - it's very conveniently located for me. I might shop around though

Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. USB ports did not work. Extremely comfortable bed. Great shade on window.

The front desk was nonchalant, no greeting. Hotel halls had dead crickets in a lot of places! You couldn’t open the curtains to view the outside. Room was clean, bed was great.

The guy who checked us in wasn’t the most pleasant or chatty. He barely spoke two words to us. The breakfast ladies were sweet and did an awesome job! The room was clean.

The hot tube had so many dead bugs in the filter it just smelled disgusting, but the pool and every thing else was good.

If you do not mind bugs in your room, bathtub, or finding hair in your bathtub the very first night, along with grime around the bathroom, sink, drain and all around the sink, not to mention stains in the bathroom towels then you have the right place. Will not repeat, will not stay there again.

The place looked like it always has, I’ve stayed in this hotel countless times before. The young soon to be manager at another hotel was rude and put off a vibe that the guests were beneath him and bothersome. I got to my room and couldn’t get the tv to connect to any channel so I turned it off and took a nap. While going to open the blinds I noticed something in the floor. Turns out there was a used tampon applicator in my hotel room floor, by the table. I quickly let the little prince know about it, again interrupting his highness during his Mac and cheese dinner no less. He told me someone would be there right away to pick up the errant tampon applicator. It’s disgusting, There was a note from Elijah and Meranda who’d supposedly just bc cleaned the room stating they’d done so. This was around 3:20pm I’d reported this to management, I get back after 10pm and it’s still there! The night manager saw to it that it was picked up, disposed of, and disinfected the area. I only have the most bitter feelings for young King Joffrey and hope that Norman is a better fit for his royal lineage.

The property was great … we had to keep going to the front desk to reprogram the key card to get into our room …. The rooms where great over all I would rate the services 7 out of 10 … the beds were very comfortable.

I usually choose this hotel for business and usually nice place to choose. This time, front desk was very rude, bed making is not nice and wrinkled. Blanket and pillows smelled... Was not a nice stay for over $140.
