The pullout couch still had dirty sheets on it.

I really enjoyed staying here. Was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Convenient to a lot of places. Definitely will stay here again when visiting my son at ISU.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The beds in our room were not the most comfortable and made loud creaking noises with any slight movement. When we turned on the heater, it was very loud but the room temperature was comfortable without it being on. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I stated here a year ago and booked thru the hotel. Had a nice clean room. This year booked thru expedia. Room not as clean. Wondering if rooms booked thru expedia are given rooms that are less maintained?

We booked a room with a king size bed and we arrived and paid, when we got to our room and it was a regular size bed. When I went back to get it changed, we were told that it was all they had because of a maintenance problem and they wouldn't give us a discount because we had booked it through Expedia.

I had a kids birthday party we get settled in to go to the pool get all the way down there pool is broken. No one at front desk notified me of that. Breakfast was very plain. Stains all over the white betting.

Beds sounded like a squeaky old bridge when tossing and turning, plus they’re too soft. Need to be replaced with new, firm mattresses and box springs. Room interior was drab and very brown, kind of tired. One elevator down; only one available. Breakfast was okay, but no bacon, no sausage, just cut-up hot dog weiners. Good selection of tea. Hotel otherwise was very clean; HVAC unit operated well. Bathroom clean and operational. Overall: No wow factor, tired and boring hotel.

The hotel is a bit dated, but was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good and the hoyel employees were awesome.

It smelled musty. it was so hot in our room and then we had trouble adjusting the heat. Slept with only a sheet on.

It was fine - the rooms are dated and the wallpaper in the bathroom had something spilled all over it. It could have been cleaner.

I wanted a handicap room, expecting a walk-in shower. That didn’t happen. In my opinion, the room was not well designed for someone with mobility issues.

Room was clean & quiet. comfortable bed. Really nice breakfast buffet. Staff friendly. Would stay again when in town.

The hotel impressed me as being really clean. No dust anywhere, wow! Furniture and carpet were really nice. Some wear and tear on dressers and such but you have to be looking for it. There was a tip jar for the person running the breakfast. I had to drop some money there just because the buffet was so fully stocked and neat.

Very clean and friendly staff. The property is a bit dated but comfortable and close to Highway and shopping. Perfect for our overnight stay.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Esp front desk clerk. The room not so much. The bathroom had an awful sewer smell and the toilet was so low to the ground it was hard to sit. Also the most u comfortable mattress I ever laid on. And comforter was thin and not warm or inviting. Not a good nights sleep. Breakfast was disgusting. Eggs were fake and runny. Oatmeal was like soup and bland

Everything was great except the room was so very loud. You could here everyone using the stairs or entering/leaving or in the parking lot.
