Broken tiles chipped paint closed pool skimpy breakfast skimpy pillows and towels.

Clean, comfy, and quiet. We slept well and had no complaints. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Easy to get and out of the parking lot and lots of coffee and food places nearby. We'll stay here again next time we need to be up in or near Atlanta.

There’s an unexpected misc. fee that took 5 days to go back on my account. The beds are small and the lighting is pretty bad. The ceilings are high, so it makes the room feel weird in proportion. Everything was pretty clean except some cobwebs. The breakfast was pretty good. The tub is deep but it can be a challenge to get out of the shower if you don’t have long legs.

The toilet was rocking back and forth. The shower head was horrible and there is rust all over the vents and things.

Bathroom in one room did not work. Hair dryer in the other room did not work. You could tell the hotel had some age and there was a bad stain in the window seal.

The front desk staff was truly welcoming and friendly every day. The cleaning staff as well. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was great each morning.

I like that this hotel is surrounded by eateries and shopping centers. The hotel in itself needs some major updates. Firstly, the furniture in the lobby and in the rooms needs to be replaced. It is soiled, dirty, and filled with grease stains. I did not want to sit in the lobby or in my room because of this. Secondly, the hotel does not have hot water during the day. I had to be moved to a different room because I had no hot water upon checking in. I moved to another room just for the same problem to happen. My second room had a stopped up sink and soiled furniture. I hope for the sake of business that someone in upper management takes heed to this and makes come changes immediately. The hotel has much to offer but it is overshadowed by issues that should be resolved immediately.

It was a single night stay and served the purpose. Staff friendly. Breakfast adequate.

This is a nice property, clean, and good service. My problem is that I had to cut my reservation short from 4 nights to 2. I was not able to get a refund for the last two nights I was not there.

It was very nice and the customer service was on point in helping me out when I checked in when needed to change room heating was working in the room i was in but everything worked out ok

It was pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The hotel could definitely use a major cleaning. Chairs in the hotel lobby were dirty and had broken tiles on the floors around the from desk. Breakfast was just warmed up food. Not

Staff wasn't very welcoming and gave my husband i different stories about hideaway beds (turns out they dont have any!) So it made our accommodations a little bit tricky. Nothing glaringly discusting but definitely not ideal. Breakfast was very limited.

The hotel appears to renovated. It was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was simple. The turkey sausage and eggs were bland. The great things is the hotel is located extremely close to multiple restaurants and stores. I enjoyed my stay and I most definitely will book again

So far, I like this hotel. It's clean and was easy to get to. It's close to shopping, gas stations, and places to eat. Some places to eat are within walking distance. The gym facility is small but had everything I needed. The pool looked clean and well maintained. Room is nice.

Check in was seamless. The room had walls that had peeling paint and scuffs all over the walls. The refrigerator did not get cold at all, even after turning the temp control down. The beds were NOT comfortable at all. The breakfast items were NEVER restocked and we had to wait each morning.

I’ll preface this review with they are remodeling as per signs at Check-In. It’s next to a trucker’s lot so I’m sure that’s the majority of their clientele. It’s a no frills kinda place. Great for a night or two. We only stayed one night. There aren’t any USB ports. Forgot toothpaste and front desk didn’t have any but there is a huge gas station across the street.

The hotel was good but more basic than expected for the price. They are currently renovating and the public areas feel much more modern and nicer than the rooms. The rooms appear to be in the process of being updaated. Som finished appeared newer but other items were dated. The shower head was a very strange design but had the best messager function ever. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice.

I have a registered service dog. When booked on this site, it says service dogs are welcome. The man told me “no animals of any kind are allowed” and I was turned away. Mind you this is against Georgia and ADA laws. After a long day of driving and flying, the last thing I wanted was to be turned away. After speaking with expedia the employee that come on after shift change said we would be welcome, but after all that we didn’t end up staying, because I refuse to support a business that does things like this.

Location was the best about this hotel. They were renovating so that took away from it. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was not good, I think they put everything in the microwave. I am a trucker and since it is right next door to a truck stop, and I’m in that area often, I would probably stay there again. But they should offer a CDL discount as most hotels near a truck stop does.

I had to call for my bedding to be changed because it had blood spots(looked like sheets hand been washed but stains didn't come out). I called the front desk he didn't apologiz only said I'll send house keeping. The housekeeper came I showed to her apologized several times. The front desk guy never tried to compensated me nor did he apologize. The hotel was being renovated and it was dust everywhere ( due to allergies this should have been stated on website and I would NOT have stayed there) The good thing is the hotel is near restaurants and expressway.
