It was ok. We were disappointed that even though we booked a room with double beds they put us in a handicapped room with a king bed. The front desk said that if we wanted a certain bedroom configuration we would have to book directly with Hyatt. Thankfully, the staff was good and the breakfast was very good.

So disappointed because there's quite a bit of hotels in the area, wish I picked elsewhere. No hot water in the shower, room was very oddly set up, bed was extremely soft and creaky and breakfast closes pretty early. Hot tub was also lackluster. Staff was very friendly however.

I had an excellent stay overall. All staff members were friendly and helpful. They always asked if everything was ok. My bed was a bit creaky, and the mattress was subpar, but it sufficed since I only stayed 3 nights. I had a few concerns with my shower head and the heating unit, but Jarrell went above and beyond to make sure the issues were resolved quickly. Morning breakfast was good! I would stay here again.

The stay was ok overall. The beds were comfortable, the ac unit really works, and the shower head has plenty of pressure. There were some issues. There is a loose tile in the bathroom that sounds like it's about to break if you keep stepping on it. The bathroom door is hanging on by a thread staying shut. The door is probably not wide enough to latch on securely. My son found a dead bug on the sheets. The sink doesnt drain very well. I dont think they are using a mesh under the faucet to save water which will help with being eco-friendly. The staff was nice once you engage them. Our stay there, I did not once get a greeting until I initiated the greeting first. No good morning, no hello how can I help you. The breakfast was good. They used ceramic pots for the serving dishes which were too hot to handle on the lids. My wife had to ask for a pot holder to open the lid.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The manager is awesome! I love her! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is my fav place to be it’s home away from home for me.

The room were clean but the down quilt was not and the window treatment (sheers) was ripped and dirty. The hotel staff was amazing. Free breakfast was good. I would recommend for a short term stay .

Please make sure I get credit for this in your system. I did not check in nor stay there. I went through your system over the weekend and tried to make a rez, assuming the pre-loaded dates would be the day when I was looking. They were three to 4 days ahead. I was exhausted and just wanted a room and booked it. I tried to change it or cancel it and was told it couldn’t happen. Very unhappy with the transaction and, obviously, it cost me.

The staff was excellent, but I found small details of the hotel to be dingy or poorly kept up. There were fingerprints/smudges on the headboard of the bed. And a mysterious sticky substance on the floor in front of my fridge that I had to ask someone to clean. I also was disappointed that the hotel does not provide travel size lotions or shampoos, or have on demand options for entertainment (like Netflix/ Hulu, etc.)

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were wonderful. The rooms are run down. The beds all squeaked at the smallest moves and the doors were peeling. There was also early noise from construction.

Stayed here with my boyfriend on New Year's Eve. Our room was very spacious and clean. Front desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Hot tub is very big. Plenty of parking. Close enough to the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

We needed a good night sleep before getting back on the road and drive for 8 hours. We didn’t get that. As soon as we walked into the room, loud heater greeted with rattling noise. We were tired and decided to live with it and rest. Then the bed had no support whatever and caving in the middle. A bunch of people gathered in the room next to ours and started drinking and partying loud. Front desk conveniently switched off their phone. So I dressed up and walked down. Manager was very supportive, went and spoke with that group. They stopped - for an hour. The loud noise went on till 5am waking us up every hour or so. Staff, food, service and cleanliness are good - on par with what you would expect of Hyatt. This property is probably getting old and refresh is needed. Neighborhood is sketchy with trucks and unoccupied buildings. We had suv full of things and it was concerning to leave car behind the hotel.

Very nice hotel in great location in Milford. Very clean and spacious room with good layout. Located with in half a mile to shopping. Very good restaurants also in the area. My wife and I come to Milford often and find this hotel to be one of the nicest hotel in this location.

The facility is extremely clean. We always remark to the staff how clean they keep the lobby and rooms. It is not the newest facility, but it is certainly the cleanest that we stay in during the year. We have stayed at the hotel for at least one week each year for the past 4 years.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. It begins and ends with the staff, so for my money, this is a winner. But, I did not like a few things: the lukewarm eggs and french toast sticks, the inconsistency regarding whether a receipt could be provided (I understand $100 is pending hold, but if I am essentially loaning the hotel my money for ip to a week, please give me something stating that), the too cool “hot water”, the blinking smoke alarm light, and the loud dog across the hall. However, besides staff, I loved my view, loved the bed, loved all the mirrors, the couch and desk. I hope to stay here again soon and get the same room. I was finally given a piece of paper where the nice clerk hand wrote and signed that $100 had been held.

This property is run down. It used to nice but it is not being kept up. Our first room had torn curtains, a very dirty bedspread and the room was worn down. We asked to move to a room that was in better shape. We moved and found the next room to be a bit better for wear on the furnishings - and a clean bed spread - but the curtains were tattered and the light shield curtains were torn up too. Don't expect any amenities. They charge of for anything you might need. There will no moisturizer or vanity kit out for you. This place is as spartan as the low rent places surrounding it. It should simply be rebadged and turned into a hotel matching its environment. We would skip Milford next trip up to CT.
