This Inn was convenient to restaurants and our travel route. The staff was friendly. The room was clean but needed updating.

Came in for Thunder Fall Rally. Check in was somewhat frustrating. A huge barrier in language. I couldnt understand anything he said. I did make out that he said someone had already checked in under my reservation at 8:45pm but we didnt get there until 1am. He got it arranged amd got us in a room but it took far to long considering we had just rode 8 hours on a motorcycle. The other staff at the front was very nice the rest of our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Great hotel close to PCB beaches and very convenient to Captain Anderson’s. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very large for a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This was overall a good hotel. We felt safe and the room/ bed were comfortable. It’s an older hotel and some areas of our room could have been better ( some mold in the tile around the tub, water pressure in the shower was low, noticeable stains in the carpet). Check in was super easy and the attendant was very friendly and professional. Pool was clean and a hit for the kids. We would stay here again.

Water condensating issue with air conditioner and the fridge leaving a puddle at the foot of my bed The Carpet stain led me to the fridge so I put two and two together - not a terrible deal but it had mold in the air

Our first room had a terrible smell. At bedtime I took off my shoes and found the carpet soaked. It was too late to move but the next morning the manager moved us immediately to a better room. Great customer service!

This hotel met the needs of our one-night stay. It was quiet and had all amenities you expect. Location was 5 minutes from restaurants and shops on the bay. The breakfast offered was nice in the morning before we checked out. The bathroom could use some TLC (cracked sink, rust around the bathtub).

The room was moldy. I was so congested sleeping there. It needs updates immediately. Stains on the counter. The rooms and hallways have dehumidifiers. That means they’re aware of the mold and don’t want to spend to fix. I was charged $150 per night for a what should have been $70/ night. If it was updated and clean I wouldn’t have minded the price. I wouldn’t let my feet touch the floors. Wore sandals. Comfort inns used to be the best. Not anymore

Business trip—-Man at front desk was very unfriendly and difficult to understand. No bedding in room for sleeper sofa/ told at front desk there were no pillows???? Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful.

We were here on vacation and had a wonderful time in Panama City, our stay was great. Missie the front desk manager were so helpful she recommended good places to eat, visit. She was so nice thanks

The room was large, which was nice, but the overall experience was not great. The bathroom was in need of repair/updating/finishing. The pullout was flimsy and we had to go down to ask for bedding (which no additional pillows were provided). The carpet had old gum/candy/food ground into it. By morning, there was a stale smoke smell. We will not be returning because of this. As for the front desk staff, the gentleman we spoke with was pleasant and nice. The lobby was clean and breakfast was nice.

Ok, slept well. Internet was not working late last night. Person at the desk called someone issue did not get resolved before I went to bed. Was working this morning. But I couldn’t get anything done online when I needed to. Area quiet peaceful.

When we checked in the room they gave us had not been cleaned. They gave another room. The next room we got the air conditioner was not working . Can you imagine Florida with no AC?! We called and was not given another room. We asked if the clerk could come up and check it for us. No. We were miserable. Had to sleep on top of covers since no AC not working. Will never go here again. They gave us a refund of 41.00 dollars. That was just another slap in the face for how much the room cost. Called in complaint to expedia too and there was nothing else they could do as far as better refund they said. I thought booking through expedia would make them have their customers backs. I've used them for several years. But won't again if they don't protect their customers any better than this. I have stayed at alot of comfort inn and suites and have never had this happen before. This is actually the only complaint i have ever filed. Anyway. Just do not go to this hotel.

Good location. The complex is worn and, in our room, the bathroom is in need of upgrade. We usually do well with Comfort Inn's, however, this particular one rates 2 stars at most. Also, the "breakfast" was disappointing to say the least, very minimal and not hot, not even a Waffle! Coffee was hot and okay. All the tables were pushed together in a row, they were not expecting folks for a sitdown breakfast.

Hotel is conveniently located to the FSU Panama City campus. The room was clean. Shower was great. Grab and go breakfast was convenient. Check in and out was painless. I was able to park right outside my room. Will stay again.

The room i received smelled moldy. I requested another room. Unfortunately that one smelled the same. I didn’t ask for another one assuming at this point they all smell the same. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was a refrigerated egg and sausage sandwich wrapped in plastic that you need to microwave. I can’t believe they advertise this as breakfast. I left the hotel hungry.
