Exactly what we were looking for! Great for a family.

We enjoyed the freshly baked cookies & the goody bags with bagel, apple and water. A nice perk!

Location was great.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and accomodating. The only suggestion would be to have the room doors close quietly. Ours would slam assuming other guests could hear it.

Hotel is aged. Some rust spots on the bath door frame. Good location though.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. I was disappointed with the breakfast options.

Very nice hotel for a 2.5 stars hotels it’s well maintained. It’s a little bit praised but all the hotel in the area are.

The room that I received had wet carpet and smelled of very strong chemicals. There was also hair everywhere in the room from previous guests. I found another hotel with better conditions nearby for the same price.

Me and my family loved the heated pool. Had the usual awesome Hampton Inn experience!

It was clean and spacious but the walls are so incredibly thin. There was a baby that was crying all night in one of the rooms around us and it was like we were staying in the same room as the crying baby. We didn’t get any sleep at all.

A bit pricey at 214.00 per night, very clean comfortable beds no issues, i do think they should have a contractor rate for the working man.

Ana was so amazing, she helped me with laundry and even went as far as giving me five dollars in coins because I did not have cash to convert to coins at the time. I was so impressed with her dedication to service and caring demeanor. She really made our state excellent thank you to Ana .

We loved all the above and one that was well above excellent was the staff. They were friendly and were really enjoyed helping you. The food also was great. We would love to stay there again.

I chose to stay at this hotel based on the "9.2 Wonderful" rating on this website which is supposedly, again, based on over 1K customer reviews. Additionally, I willingly ignored the "2.5 star" rating right under the Name of the hotel. I did not have much of a problem with how small the pool is, the lack of a safe in the room, how unhygienic I believe it is to NOT have a sink in the bathroom (but outside of the bathroom) and that the shelf in the tub area was amateurishly (and crookedly) slapped on in the bathtub area with the ugliest of caulking jobs; but, I started to itch after the second night. On my 3rd morning I had multiple welts all over my lower legs, elbows and forearms. At the moment, I thought it was mosquito bites and tried to ignore it. By the time I got home and did research online b/c I have NEVER gotten bit this extensively by mosquitoes. The bite marks, especially on my left calf, are in tight clusters. This is consistent with bed bug bites. Never have I ever experienced this before. I have been itching since Tuesday (Saturday now) and applying steroid ointments. Luckily, I always leave my luggage off the floor and immediately bag my dirty clothes. Never again will I trust the review stars blindly and will definitely try to never again stay at a hotel with fewer than 3 stars. Thoroughly checking the bedding and the fabric folds on mattresses and furniture will definitely must going fwd. Stay at this place at your own risk.

This property was fantastic! Super close to dining and the outlets. Also super close to Hertz Arena. The staff was beyond helpful and extremely caring about their guests. 10/10 would stay here again!
