The room needs upgrades and bed bugs. Lucky i slept on top of the bed.

Should have known by this being a knights inn what it would be like. Last minute decision regrettable. Way old property in dire need of maintenance. Door barely closes and or locks, flooring and everything else old. Parking limited especially for large vehicles. It was a place to sleep that we paid too much for.

Toilet ran all night. Security light went off and on in "alley" beside parking. Horrible section of town.
Sheets were great, but room all in all run down.

Lots of hair in the bathtub, hardly ever and hot water, did not receive a comforter on my bed, the floors had not been swept it seemed like. People were laying in the upper stair landing for what seemed like the entire night. Just overall not a very pleasant experience.

Room was clean, place is a 1950's hotel with very little upgrade.
parking was like parking in an alley, very diffucult to back far enough out of parking stall without hitting dumsters along building on other side of alley.
If you just looking for a place to sleep one night you found it.

A lot of construction workers were staying there, their work trucks and trailers took up all the parking spots on my side. Also they were up very early, stomping around upstairs. Not the greatest.

Clean beds and a nice hot shower but structure is old and worn. You get what you payed for.

Breakfast was pretty minimal. Did not like arriving at Inn while 2 police cars were doing an eviction. Made me feel unsafe.

Inoperative a/c dilapidated building coffee 30 minutes late and dry cereal for “continental breakfast”. $175 for a dump. I will sleep in the car next time

I stay here because it is a budget motel. The staff is very friendly. The room smelled bad and the bed was very uncomfortable. For $77, I hoped it would be better than this. Upgrading to new mattresses and airing the rooms out would be a good start.

The heaters didn’t work and management had stated they had been running all day, the front desk man had charged me for two rooms and after deciding to not stay due to my experience so far, the condition of the rooms and the way the staff had treated me and my family they refused to refund me for both rooms

We checked in around 10pm, my dad went right to bed. I noticed a lingering stench of vomit in the room, but couldn’t find the source until I went to get into bed. There were a few small orange spots on the sheets, and then I noticed dried up vomit on the floor between the bed and nightstand. When I went to the front desk to ask for a clean sheet and to tell them there was puke on the floor, they seemed to not understand a word I was saying. I finally was able to get a clean sheet from them, but they were not at all concerned about the puke on the floor. I wiped the floor myself with a washcloth and put the dirty sheet over the vomit area so that it didn’t smell as much and I could at least sleep. When I took my socks off after walking around in the room, the bottoms were almost black. “Breakfast” is fruit loops, raisin bran, white bread for toast, weak coffee, and that is all. This place is dirty and gross.

When asking a local for directions, they commented that we didn't want to stay there. The lock on our door didn't work so we had to get management to open our room or someone had to stay in the room to let the other in. The "free breakfast" could hardly be called breakfast but the coffee was good. I just had to laugh.

Hotel was ok. It felt clean, but extremely dated and old. This was Not entirely the hotel managements fault. Very friendly staff.

The room was clean enough and updated. However when I turned on the shower the drain backed up, and I was standing in 3 inches of backed up water. I told the manager, asked for a discount or credit, and he just smiled and said he would call the maintenance person. Would not stay here again.
Then, I found that I was charged by both Hotels.com and the hotel itself. Hotels.com is working on a solution for me.

We found this property to be extremely dirt. Dead bugs in the room on the bedside table. The pool was full of bugs, there was hair floating in the water, Q-tips and bandaids at the poolside. Very old bathroom with hard to turn on fixtures, and cold shower water.

They did not have my reservation. It took way too long to sort it out. I ended up in a room with a queen bed and a sofa fold out. The sofa bed was AWEFUL. I was so tired from driving I just wanted to go to sleep. I was grateful they were finally able to give me a room but I needed a room with two actual beds for adults.
