Hotel was nice inside but the outside could use some work. No flower beds and the outside of the building needs cleaning. The staff was great!

The location is fantastic - right next to the silver Springs State Park. We were here on business and didn't realize what a wonderful place we were visiting. Only complaint - the bed matress was a bit tired or soft- my back was aching after two nights trying to get comfortable, Staff were super friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

We stayed locally because of a home repair but was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good too.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The nicest staff I have ever encountered, personable, friendly and smiling. Most of all, I am a woman, over 60 and traveled alone. Not only did I feel safe at all times in the hotel, but also in the well-kept, well-lit parking lot.

Check-in was a breeze. I believe the young woman’s name was Michaela. She was very warm and welcoming — lots of personality. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and it was very quiet. My only concern was the dark brown printed rug. I would feel more comfortable in a room with vinyl or wooden floors, but that’s just me.

Overall the hotel was very good. It was very clean. I didn’t give it a 5 stars for simple details, like we are a family of 4 and every day we had to ask for 2 more towels. The last day we ran out of tissues in the bathroom and it didn’t get replaced (not a big deal). The toiletries were Dove brand!

Overall a nice stay. We arrived after 8pm. Lady who checked us in wasn’t the friendliest of people for first impressions!
But the rest of morning staff made up for this!

Drove in from the north and it seemed like this hotel was in a seedy part of town. Being a single traveler I was nervous and the front desk offered to cancel the reservation at no cost; however, after she assured me it was safe I decided to stay and I'm happy I did. The hotel room was lovely and the bed comfy. I drove to get some food and found that to the south and east the area was more upscale with plenty of quality restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's close to Silver Springs and Ocala horse country, plus if you come in from the north on I-75 you miss the horror of the parking lot traffic that is Ocala at evening rush hour. I would stay there again.

We Were So Disappointed ! Police in and Out ! Flooding on second floor ! Huge Dogs ! Pool was Not Heated They Lied ! Didn’t Have Fresh Towels Replaced Until 4pm ! TV Didn’t Work Properly !

The motel room, staff, etc were great, but I can only give 3 stars because they charged my card that I was told would not be charged (there was free cancelation)with the entire amount. I was told it was bse the property was full. I won't stay here again because of this.

Everyone was so friendly, went out of their way to make sure we were good. Stopped to chat with us when we were sitting in the lobby and removed used plates, bowls and silverware for us.

This property is located less than a mile from the Glass Bottom Boats of Silver Springs State Park and on a major thoroughfare that easily leads to wherever one may be going. The hotel itself is set back off the busy road, and, therefore a minimum of traffic noise. The hot breakfast is good and filling. The staff were very pleasant, especially the breakfast bar workers.

I loved the fact that instead of having a knock odd body wash and hand soap they had Dove and the staff was very nice and friendly. My only dislike was the non-allergy friendly foods available with the continental breakfast. There were eggs but they had cheese mixed in.

Very happy with the house keeping staff!!!!. Typically house keeping will knock on the door before check out. So aggravating when you’ve worked late and want to sleep in.

Check-in was a breeze and the room was ready. The staff went above and beyond to find us some feather-free pillows (rooms do not have foam pillows unless you ask). We loved the proximity to Silver Springs State Park.
