The hotel is definitely worth the price. The only problem I had was that my key kept malfunctioning. Therefore I had to go to the front desk at the Lodge. Kind of annoying, since I had to get in my car and drive up to the Lodge to get a replacement key.

This place exceeded my expectations! Clean, modern accommodations and extremely helpful and attentive staff that was checking on my needs daily via text messages. I had a problem with one of the bathroom light switches and after notifying the staff, they sent a repair tech immediately. I would definitely stay here again and king size bed was extremely comfortable! Close proximity to downtown Lake Geneva, other stores and attractions via car.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday and the grounds and view of the property is beautiful. Room was clean and modern. Housekeeping provided extra towels when requested. I would definitely recommend.

False advertising. We were made to pay extra for the water park. Never stay there again and will make sure to tell all of my friends.

Had. One room villa started okay, then our door connecting the bathroom to bedroom would not open the whole weekend. We tried to make slushies and the bender started smoking in our room. The sausage in the breakfast buffet was raw and the French toast sticks were hard.

The property is going through major renovations and I wish I would have known that during the booking process. It wasn’t too much of a bother, but I was definitely surprised by it.

Original room we rec’d was in area of new construction, dirty, loud and layout of room unappealing. Walk in immediately to bedroom and then back portion small living area. Ppl in room next to us with kids and walls seamed paper thin. Hear everything. We asked to move and at first told they were booked up but second phone call got attention and moved to room 211-better but not updated. Kitchen drawer nailed shut, jacuzzi tub didn’t work and see daylight around front door-pretty cold and drafty.

I was disappointed that we weren’t able to use apps, such as Netflix or Prime Video to enjoy a movie. We were looking forward to watching with the fire running. We even called the building engineer to help us figure out how to cast from our own devices, but it appears that the hotel has decided to not permit that. I can’t see a valid reason why I shouldn’t be able to watch a movie on Netflix While I’m on vacation, I think you need to reconsider this. It’s 2024. Cable is done.

My husband and I have stayed here several times. We really enjoy the seperate bedroom and living areas. The patio/balonies are also very nice and private to sit on and enjoy.

Hotel was amazing. Staff is friendly and professional. However, do not be fooled by the waterpark advertised. It’s there, but not at this resort. It’s down the road and you have to pay quite a bit extra.

The only nice thing about this hotel room was the fact that it had a fireplace and a kitchenette. Everything else about it was terrible. The bed was uncomfortable and caused us to check out one day early with back/neck aches. The bathroom was nothing like the pictures, and didn't include a tub. Only a small poorly designed shower that you can barely fit in. It had a thin shower curtain that caused flooding all over the bathroom floor, because it was only separated by a small piece of rubber (pretty much flush with the floor) that wasn't even fully attached... Required a lot of clean up after showering. I do not recommend this hotel or booking with Expedia, because neither of them will offer you a refund if you are unsatisfied. The hotel said they couldn't do anything because we booked thru a 3rd party, and Expedia said the hotel was "sticking to it's policies and not offering a refund." All Expedia offered us was a $25 credit to the Expedia account. Waste of money and time, plus the neighbors were noisy.

Fantastic, it was big and clean, had kitchen and laundry/dryer. Only bad thing was when you need to use the pool, you had to get into the car and get to lobby. It was winter, so it was little inconvenient with kids.

Best value in the Lake Geneva area! Clean, spacious, updated rooms with awesome amenities, for the price of a lower-end hotel. Fireplaces, full-size kitchens, wonderful view of golf course, giant soaking tub, outside decks, walk-in shower stalls.

There’s a newer building (technically buildings 5-6) where the rooms are bigger, more updated and a better view. Our room was fine but I was jealous when I saw the other rooms.
The property is massive and the views are amazing.

The property was nice, I heard they are planning on upgrading the building I stayed in, in the winter of 2023 so I’m wanting to go back to find out how they can improve on the great stay I already had.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. However there is no parking at registration so somewhat difficult to know where to leave your car to run inside. Also when we went to breakfast we werent offered a menu just told the breakfast buffet was around the corner. Got our bill and it was $26 per person, however if we were offered a menu and i ate the same amount i had from the buffet it would have only been $15.

Property is beautiful and Nice layout; Great Customer Service until you tell them the room is outdated (tile to TVs to fixtures to Cabinets/Countertops) then no more communication; Not enough trails; Uncomfortable chairs and couch, TVs very small-No streaming services; No housekeeping when staying 3 nights, would like room spruced up every 2 days; No Room Service; Grounds is beautiful and peaceful but you need a way to get to main resort or shuttle service to go to main resort. Very expensive and no smart features included. Your at Lake Geneva you expect 5 stars service!

The customer service from the resort is OUTSTANDING! Dawn L goes over the top to make sure you have a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We LOVE it at the Holiday Inn Vacations Club, that is why we continue to go back at least once a year.

I liked the large unit with the fully equipped kitchen. I liked the view from the balcony out back. I liked that the hot tub in the area we were allowed in was good and hot with decent jets.
Check-in was confusing, the entry way into the building looked like a dingy apartment complex and the elevator made scary noises. We wanted to check out the pool at the main hotel but we’re greeted with a sign that said ONLY guests of the main hotel were allowed.
We had a cricket in our room on our last night and I think it was stuck in the window frame because we couldn’t find it for the life of us. Got about 2 hours of sleep that night and as that was our last night, we didn’t get to make up for it because check out time was a ridiculously early 10:00 am with no possibility of any exceptions.

Everything about this place was perfect, except for the stairs and area outside the rooms which was a bit smelly and worn out. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Upon arriving, commode was dirty, walls stained, foot prints on bathroom door. Requires some upkeep.
There was a storm and lost power from 11pm till 2:30am.
I definitely will not return to the Holiday Inn.
