The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our one night stay before we flew out. The shuttle service was easy as they dropped us off early and picked us up when we flew back in.

The hotel seems new or recently renovated, very clean and 4 minutes away from the airport. A warm welcome at checkin and the shuttle was so convenient. They begin running at 4am and we’re at the airport within minutes of calling. Very pleased with out stay and the hotel.

Pretty great hotel for the price. Rooms were clean they had an indoor pool too. Staff was not super friendly, they dont really say hi to you, but that's ok I care about the room condition mostly and that was pretty good and they were not rude or anything. The hotel is near the airport so you can hear the airplanes a bit but that didnt bother me at all.

The unit has been blowing out cold air since I turned it on hours ago. I tried turning the heat on ‘high’ and it’s still freezing in here, so I decided to turn it off because it I s only blowing out cold air. Also, the air unit is so noisy. This location is near an airport, but the unit is louder than the planes. I’m so cold and uncomfortable here.

Stayed at this hotel, didn’t use any of the items in the room and still was charged their restock fee. That is absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice room. The breakfast was minimal considering it is an extra charge.

Good stay overall. Very noisy mechanical noises from other rooms and floors. Common with prefab buildings. Water, air, etc…

Didn't like: elevator panel and floor buttons nasty looking and some small pieces of debris in elevator floor. Like: location, shuttle service to airport, parking, safety, computer and printer access, cleanliness of room, tv channel choices, restaurant service.

Hotel and staff were amazing. Great location, ease getting in and out of a parking lot. Stayed for two hockey games and was only 10 minutes from the arena.

Outstanding service at this hotel! Special shout out to the driver who picked us up at RDU from a long journey at 10:30pm on 10/24…no wait whatsoever! I wish I’d gotten his name because it was greatly appreciated! Also special thanks to the kind man in the kitchen who was thoughtful enough to prepare breakfast to-go bags for those leaving on a 4am shuttle, without even being asked. These things alone are reasons we will return! Thanks again.

Great, convenient stay. Pricing was better and I chose it based on that. Pleasantly surprised that it was comparable to the Courtyard by Marriott, which where I normally stay when traveling.

Hotel is super clean! Great staff and great service. Went above and beyond to get us checked in early. Felt safe and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel!

Very nice place to stay

When I first got there Jessica greeted me. She was very nice and accommodating. She allowed for me to pick my room and floor. The American housekeeping lady was nice however the Mexican housekeeping staff was not friendly. They were super loud when cleaning other rooms with banging and listening to music. Otherwise I liked the room and floor I was on. My bathroom door kept sticking which you have to lean and push into it in order to open. The microwave could use a serious update.. when to the restaurant but front desk said it was closed even though as advertised and spoke n upon check in that dining was 5pm-11pm. It was quiet for the most part except for the charter buses. Upon check out the black guy didn’t speak he said “drop your card in the box and you could go” didn’t even know he worked there at first because he was on his laptop sitting at the table with a drink like he was a guest. I would suggest better customer service and for workers to be easily identifiable. I absolutely love that this hotel has Dove products that smell amazing. The bedding and towels were clean. It was overall a good stay. I would and plan to stay here again.
