Good location but a bit dated.
Still nice though...

My daughter and I were looking last minute accommodations during a roadtrip that was comfortable and offered a pool and hot tub. We called to confirm what time the pool and hot tub would close but they failed to mention the hot tub was not working. Very annoying. We had a suite which was really nice. The front person was ok and seemed over their job.

Nice employees and staff. Good location.

Great place. Jacuzzi was not working when we needed it and that was a huge bummer. Everything else was great!

The room was great.
Restaurant was average. Food was salty...too much bell peppers. Overpriced. Front office staff were not that welcoming for the price.

My favorite hotel in Paso Robles. Close to down town, tin city and multiple winery’s. Super clean, friendly staff and a great restaurant inside the hotel.

Easy check-in, large and clean room, great breakfast.

Bedding was dirty with hairs & nasty stains & bathroom could be cleaner

Everything was great until the last night when the fire alarm went off and woke us up at midnight. Then it kept going off for another 2 hours because they couldn’t get it to stop. We were leaving the next morning early and got very little sleep and just a small apology. For the price I paid I expected more than I’m sorry so I was disappointed.

The rooms is very big, we were 2 people working remotely and we appreciated the extra large room and the desk. Other amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, gym (very small but functional) and room service.

Property was clean and staff friendly. Our King suite with fireplace was spacious and nice. Wish we had a better view than the freeway but everything was nice. We had breakfast at the restaurant onsite which was super convenient before going out for wine tasting.

This is our new go-to in Paso Robles. The guest rooms are ENORMOUS and comfortable - great for a long (or short) term stay. Great jump-off spot for wine tasting and touring, and a quick uber to town if you don't want to D&D.

The hotel was new but had so much old charm. Staff were amazing and the hotel was very welcoming to our 2 year old who is basically a little terror at the moment.

Staff was great and helpful. Stayed in rm 304 the door handle would stick and would be take several attempts to open door from the inside. (Emergency issue) staff did offer another room (204) that room the bathroom smelled when you opened the door. That’s the reason for the 3 star on cleanliness.

The hotel was ok, but the staff was rude and you better be out exactly out at 11 or they start knocking on your room and giving you calls, I was trying to leave on time by time I checked out it was 11:05 they were rude about that and they had charges I didn’t make and they said it should come off from the total and it didn’t, the staff couldn’t explain why. He said it was the system. But I have to pay but they were mad for 5 minutes for being late, love the hotel but I will not stay here again the staff was very rude

Booked a suite for a couple night stay thinking that this was both a four star property and close to Paso Robles city center. This was NOT a four star hotel. There was no one to help with luggage and there was no housekeeping service (apparently one needs to ask for that - which is not standard for 4 star hotels no one informed us at check in that housekeeping wasn’t available). Gym was nice but not great. Breakfast wasn’t very good either nor was it included. Will not recommend or return.

Very nice and comfortable room. Love that it had a restaurant with bar for breakfast and dinner. Front desk attendants were very nice and attentive. Overall, had an awesome experience. We definitely recommend this place to everyone. I will be staying here again. 💪💯

The property is in transition and the staff seemed to have been checked out. We had a service dog with us. I informed the front desk on the night we checked in and showed him the paperwork. The next day we came back after dinner and my dog was not wearing his service dog jacket because it was damaged. The lady at the front desk said are you checking in and we said we have been here since last night she then said we have a 100 service charge for an animal. I said it’s a service dog, I can show you the paperwork. She cut me off and raised her voice stating it does not matter, it’s a 100 dollar animal fee. We were taken aback and we said are you sure? And she said yes I am positive. We did not want to fight so we said fine it is what it is. Later that night I went to her with paper of service dog policies and my dogs paperwork. She said oh! You never showed me the badge. And completely started gas lighting me. I told her that I need to speak to the manager and she said my manager quit! We have no manager. Expedia don’t list this property the staff says that they are in transition and will not have a job so they really don’t care about the place.
