My husband and just wanted to get away for night. The Studio room is the best room will be re reserving that room going forward. The ladies at the front desk was polite.

Staff and cleanliness was great. Only thing we noticed was common areas are starting to show their age. The left elevator started making some awful noises that were to the point that other guests were joking about how they kept waiting for the other elevator or taking stairs out of fear of getting stuck.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly however we found the room we were assigned had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The front desk noted it was marked clean in the system and this seems to be a problem with housekeeping. We were on the first floor and the utility room across from the pool had a loud alarm beeping repeatedly for hours.

Our room was well appointed. It was very clean ,spacious & quiet. We had our dog with us so it is pet friendly & we never heard a dog barking.

We will definitely be returning, We went there to visit our daughter for her birthday, As we had a very old deaf arthritic dog, We needed a ground floor room, I called the hotel 4 times in 1 week to make sure this was possible and Michaela made it happen and it was super easy to take our dog out the side door as we were 3 doors down So that alone made our stay perfect, The room was clean and we had a mini fridge to have my daughters cake...lol. Her friends came for cake and the party was brought to her, We had a lovely breakfast, We could not have had a better place to be home away from home . Thank you. Especially to Michaela We will see you very soon

This was our second time staying at a Hampton Inn & Suites. We like the larger suite as it just a few bucks more per day, but the romminess and comfort are worth it. We will stay at a Hampton Inn & Suites whenever possible over anything else.

Wonderful place that made us happy and surprised at each turn. Everyone was so welcoming and the hotel seemed well cared for. Zach checked us in and took extra steps to make us feel safe when an odd person walked in. Also, as we were leaving, the front desk person came running out to us and brought my smart watch that I had accidentally left on the bed. The housekeeper had found it and brought it to the front desk right away. They could have easily chosen another way of handling this expensive item, but instead they went the extra mile to make sure I had it back. So grateful! We would definitely stay here again and are so glad we stumbled on this hotel.
