This is an amazing hotel. The room was equipped with a bit dated furniture and there is no fridge in the rooms, but the lobby and the pool area are both absolutely stunning. I really liked my stay over there. And the staff is amazing, too. I would be happy to come back to this hotel again.

Quality of window blind was poor, it was so heavy and only used two strings to hold it. One string was broken and the other one snapped when I tried to open the blind. Hotel itself is quiet however there were loud music from the nearby restaurants you could heard.

Loved the premises. Friendly staff

It is a nice place, but definitely needs some improvement, on main entrance. My shower was clogged.
The food is really bad and very expensive.

The rooms and property were fairly nice but the water was off completely both nights we stayed there after around 10pm and came back around 8am. We were also woken up by very loud construction work both morning at 7am which seemed a bit early. The front desk were very helpful setting up transportation though and the included breakfast was delicious.

This boutique hotel is wonderful. It's 20 minutes from the airport (at least for early morning flights), the grounds are lovely, the staff fantastic. There are several pubs and places to eat within a couple of blocks.

This hotel is amazing! A beautiful large old style colonial home in immaculate condition.
Beautiful garden and pool area. The restaurant is amazing. Beautiful and high quality food.
But the very best part was the staff.
From the security people who greeted us at the front gate to every single employee that we had contact with, all were genuinely great people with smiles!

The staff were awesome as well as the restaurant food. Had an exceptional sea bass dinner by the beautiful pool and yard (It is one of my favorite backyard spaces ever seen, just like out of a design magazine)

Just a very cool place to hang out. Friendly staff, good rooms, etc.

Great place but the noise from the nearby club dampens this great little oasis...

The hotel was small and quiet really pretty common area dining and pool were romantic. There was a cool smoking room enclosed patio with walls and no roof nice to step out attached to the room. Room service was speedy called front desk fora coke and literally 4 min Bing drinks were there!! Food at the little restaurant was way to expensive. Breakfast was good and free.

Nice boutique hotel, very friendly staff in the heart of Managua. EZ access to main avenues in and out the city, close to bars and restaurants

Hotel Los Robles is a charming colonial home offering a respite in a busy modern city with few graces. The service was excellent, breakfast a fine mix of local tropical fruits, cereals, and the like, and security excellent. The pool was fine as part of a well-manicured formal garden area. The one dinner we had on a Sunday night was fine but, I suspect, not a fair test of the kitchen; e.g., desserts (posters) were not available. But, Nicaragua is relatively "thin" in terms of resources, so being forgiving is needed when one takes into account the amazing job the staff and owners do in delivering such a high quality experience.

As a result of some of our luggage not making it onto our flight to Managua, we had to cancel the first night of our three night stay at Los Robles. Despite the fact that I called the hotel earlier than their refund policy states that I needed to, in order to get the credit, they now refuse to issue the credit. STAY AWAY from Los Robles.

This small (about 12 rooms) ,boutique hotel is quiet, and conveniently located close to a number of restaurants plus the in hotel restaurant. The only issue we had was that the room was small. The pool area is great with three loungers under a flower covered pergola. We spend one whole day just hanging by the pool and there was not a single other guest at the pool. The service was friendly and prompt.

The room we were booked into had a single queen bed which does not work for my wife and I. The hotel was able to change our room to two beds with no increase in room cost really saving the day. The restaurant associated with the while pricey had some of the best tasting food in reasonably sized proportions I have had in Nicaragua.

Totally unexpected coziness with style. The restaurant has an amazing French chef who delights you with his cuisine from Rockford beef filet to lobster in whiskey sauce. The staff is very friendly. Who feel like a guest at a friend's house 😊

Place was out of power which was not their fault (no back up generator tho). Generally it was nice property that needs a bit of technology upgrading and general service.

Very nice hotel.

The room I was giving was right next to the kitchen and right next to the patio were they serve breakfast/lunch/dinner. I complained how I could hear the kitchen noise since 4 AM when they prepare breakfast and they told me that because I have book through Expedia they couldn't give me another room since they were luxury and not standard like I have booked. In other words if you want silence book a luxury room other wise you are stuck with rooms that are adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast/lunch/dinner area and won't be able to rest at all.
