Pretty much like the rest of the Hilton. Location is close to unbeatable, maybe excluding the Central Park South Hotels.

Our stay at the Hilton Club Midtown Manhattan was wonderful. Beautiful, well appointed 36th floor room. Situated right down the street from Radio Center Music Hall, it was easy to walk to see The Rockettes. Catching a cab to other entertainment was easy peazy. Though a bit pricey, the Breakfast Buffet at Herb n' Kitchen was delicious and perfect for late evening snacks.

We were in town for Christmas, and what a great choice we made in this hotel. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained. The room was "quiet" for New York and the service was great (we were missing a few things but Cecilia was fantastic and so kind). Everyone smiled, said good morning, or Merry Christmas and it was such a great feel. Downside was HUGE lines in the cafe in the morning and the elevator could be slow at times. All in all I'd certainly stay here again.

We stayed at the Hilton Club 17th to 23rd of December 2023. Excellent hotel in Manhattan. Spacious, well equiped, clean rooms, and excellent housekeeping. The hotel is in walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Broadway, Hells Kitchen, Rockefeller Center and various museums. Highly recommended. I have already booked a new stay at this Hotel in April 2024.

The Hilton Club is an amazing property. The staff was amazing as well, very nice! We loved the room with the amazing city view. The location was right in the middle of Time Square and Rockefeller Plaza as well as many fine dining/coffee bars/ etc. We truly enjoyed ourselves as a first time visit to New York.

This hotel has a great location just south of the park and north of Time Square with a subway station around the corner. The Hilton Club is 3 floors inside the Hilton Midtown and felt like a small hotel because of the individual check in and staff but provided access to the restaurants and fitness center in the larger hotel.

The staff on the club level was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping were so friendly and attentive. They greeted us every morning with a warm smile and wished a nice day. The hospitality all around was superb!

Check in desk employees rude & condescending. Hostess yelling at and belittling a waiter at breakfast in the middle of the dining room. Shower glass very gross. Just a heads up if needed no o microwave in room.

Small, clean, nothing fancy. Has all the amenities i needed to sleep. Bed was comfortable. You can still hear traffic outside but it wasnt incredibly noisy

Hotel is tired, quite basic and more 3 star than 4. No help with baggage, tiny cramped check in desk. Terrible in room coffee. Tiny lifts and had to wait long times for them. Pros, great location, comfy bed and big TV, reasonable views being up high.

Unfriendly front desk. Hot room and AC not working. 3 of the 5 room lights were not working. Thin walls. Huge long lines to Stowe luggage. Front desk charged my card before I checked out. Just a mess! Will never stay here ever again!!

Disappointed that there wasn’t room service. Choice of dining limited. Lighting in room was terrible. Bathroom fan couldn’t be turned off.

I stayed in the Hilton Club part of the hotel and the check in and assistance from the crew on the 37th floor was excellent. It is a huge hotel, but the personal touch was much appreciated.

More care and attention is required to ensure that towels, toilet paper and water are replenish. We constantly had to go looking for a housekeeper to request these items after they would have tidied the room. Also had to request coffee, tea and condiments.
