Simple, clean, downtown location.

A little run down, but overall nice place for the money.
Elevator could use a good cleaning, and the last inspection posted was July 2018. (?)
The room is great, with a seperate seating area from the bed, and a nice kitchen.
This is not our first stay here and wont be our last I'm sure.
Walking distance to the Bourbon, where we attend concerts, which is a plus. (Just be aware of your surroundings.)
Great restaurants nearby as well.

I liked price and taking pets. Nice if a trash can outside the single one in bathroom. Keys to door had to be inserted several times before the door opened. Heating was good, clean also.

We came to see our son at the university and this place is a dump. Room smelled of very strong air freshener to cover up a different smell. Our bathroom door was unable to close as the door jam was broken or door swelled. Pillows were terrible and bed uncomfortable.

Friendly management and staff that make you feel like more than just a guest. It’s the little things that go the extra mile. Great experience and would recommend.

The motel was very smelly. The bed was the best part of the whole place. Thank goodness since that is why we were there to sleep. Other than that I would not recommend

After looking at the past 6 months of reviews, i wasnt too keen on staying here; however, we decided to stay last minute to attend a game at Memorial Stadium, which was in close proximity to the hotel so we had free parking! I really have no complaints. We only stayed short time, but our room and parts of the hotel we seen, was clean. The condition would be the only thing... you can tell they have DIY repaired things and tried to repaint..... but that really didnt bother us. We really enjoyed the room set up, especially with having a child with us, it was like he had his own room and tv. With being one night, we didnt use the stove or anything, but liked that it came furnished with dishes, utensils and pans. I would stay here again!

This place is very dirty, stains on the couches, smells like cigarette smoke and just gross/dirty all around, doesnt feel safe.
I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for my family, and we left after the first night. Not only was it just gross as described, but felt very unsafe. The general clientele was violent and loud at night. The people next to us were screaming, throwing things, slammed doors, one woman sounded like she was in distress and we were scared. I had to get my family out of there so we left without even checking out.

Would not recommend staying here at all tvs didn’t work the air conditioner was broke and people have smoked in the room smells bad smoke stains everywhere would love a refund!

Sheets had hair all on them when we arrived, I wouldn't even touch the sleeper sofa in the room due to the stains all over it. Heat/Cool didnt work right, construction going on inside the building. Elevator was sketchy; had to take the stairs down because it wouldnt move floors. Window doesnt shut fully and the lock was broken. Definitely not a queen size bed.

There was some stickey subtance in the bathroom floor. there was no kleenex. there no pans the screen on window was broke. Other than that it was ok.

This place fit the bill. Inexpensive, clean, and with a full kitchenette! Sure it is a little worn around the edges, so maybe not for the Bougie…it is located just a few blocks from downtown, so you can walk to plenty of restaurants or pubs.

ALL good; especially for Price. Also Rents ‘Weekly’ though. Little more than mile from UofNebraska Stadiums! Minor issue, a Towel Hanger Horizontal Bar having ‘separated’ from Attachment posts. Again, well worth price and personally appreciate old, WELL-Built Furniture. The RR separating (2) Sleeping Sections, Each with Good sized Monitor for Video! HAVE used very same Room before!

When O got to my room i noticed the soaps from the previous guest were still sat out and used. Not even replaced for my stay.the shower curtain had stains and all sorts of weird crusty stuff on the bottom that would wash into the tub when id turn the shower on.
