Need some goood improvement. Paperwall in bathroom if falling. mattress might need a replacement. Therefore very good price

Always nice to stay at the Hampton in Leduc. Great to be greeted by Shauna at the front desk. And much appreciation to the breakfast room staff for providing a good breakfast. Have stayed here before, and will again.

Loved our family room on the first floor, Candace in housekeeping is an amazing person, continental breakfast was good and kids loved the pool.

Best accessible room I have ever been in. Very large room with a huge bathroom with shower bench. The pool was warm. It was quiet. Would stay again.

Our flight was leaving early am so they packed us each a breakfast bag to take on the go! Great service, Nice rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, have stayed here many times. Clean and comfortable, very good breakfast in the mornings.
My only complaint is that there are no vending machines, only the little store behind the front desk, and $8.00 for a can of Pringles is a little much.

Everything was good 👍 only thing, after swimming and showering my son and husband got a rash on their skin. And i don’t know the problem was related to water of pool or shampoo!!!

Decent hotel, needs some updates as its age is showing. No forks at the breakfast buffet 😩😩

Heater was not working in the room. Manager lied and said there was no other room and that the maintenance team had gone home. After one of the employees tried resetting breakers, etc was finally moved to another room at almost midnight. Was sleeping there to get a better rest ended up not happening

Breakfast was awesome, and staff are tremendous! The carpets are worn out and furniture in room was extremely old and worn out. Bed was okay, clean but not that comfortable. Overall, not bad but there are better places in the same vicinity for similar price point.

I was suppose to have king size bed i was given a queen and i asked to up grade they said i couldn't because it was pre paid i paid for king size so i should receive a refund if i wantedqueen i would have asked for queen plus the curtians in room were riped so never staying or recommended hampton inn

The front desk agent was so grumpy. She is not friendly at all. No geetings when I got to the counter. I guess, she doesn't want any guests at the hotel when she's working.

Rooms are clean, large and spacious. The mattress needs to be replaced. Not the most comfortable of mattresses for sure. The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced, they have definitely has seen alot of traffic over the years. Other than that it was ok for the price.

The name on the building is three quarters out. The signage on the road was completely not lit up and we ended up missing the turn and had to do a turn around. We told the check in staff and he didn't seem to care. Not enough lighting outside for late night check ins!

The property was clean and quiet and close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpfull.

My friend and I needed to reschedule or cancel our prepaid reservation a month before the date due to unforeseen circumstances, but the hotel would not allow us to do so, so we lost money on this stay even though we tried to do it as soon as we realized we needed to change our travel plans. Over one month prior! Makes you never want to book at a prepaid reservation.

January 2023. First, the hotel personnel are very pleasant and professional and this review does not reflect on them at all. Strictly reviewing the hotel. This is a very dated hotel…and it shows. We checked into our suite quite late and didn’t notice all the issues except for the couch and chair. My granddaughter absolutely refused to sleep on the pullout couch (and rightly so). The furniture looks like it should be on the curb (someone may pick it up). There was food scraps in the window sill and it looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed. All of these issues (and more) were brought to the attention of the general manager, who was surprised and apologetic and promised to make this right. Perhaps the single rooms are better. I will issue an update next month.
