I had booked a room with 2 queen beds but the beds were actually double beds or full size which is too small to get comfortable. I did go to front desk & ask about this.They said this is what they have. Other than that, the room was clean & comfortable. It was nice to have a breakfast there to save money before heading out to amusement parks.

It was good!! Would have liked to have more choices for breakfast. There were biscuits but no gravy. The pool was not warm !! The hottub was not working. The room was very nice & clean and very friendly staff!!

This was a great hotel. Staff was great it was clean and the breakfast was really good not just some dry cereal. They had eggs and waffles and sausage. Will definitely be staff here when I'm in Tampa next

I can't complain about the service or anything but it can be cleaner. When you have a family staying we are not asking for a 5-star stay but when you have pictures up that make the property look amazing and then you get there it looks like… Pictures can be deceiving. The room wasn't clean really. Paint chips all around the floor area of the wall. Tell housekeeping to clean better and make sure the bedding is clean. I couldn't allow my family to stay there so booked another spot. Service was amazing but the stay was a no-go

You booked me at the wrong hotel. I needed a place by the airport and you redirected me to a hotel of the same name 30 minutes from the airport. Totally fouled up my travel. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The room is updated and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is very friendly and we even got early check in. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The hotel was dirty hallways needed mopping elevator needed vacuum and the room was not up to par, breakfast was not what’s normally for continental breakfast, and the coffee was stale at 6:45 and out with 2 people in the room, I honestly shouldn’t have stayed here I travel a lot and this hotel chain is off my list

My wife &i stayed in a superior suite,there was mildew smell and marijuana(weed) smell thru out the 3rd floor.the breakfast was horrible,we were initally on the 4th floor both was a bad experience......no star,bad plumbing

I have been in other "La Quinta" with a significant better experience, the AC super loud, the room smell like humidity, the TV didnt work because the internet was very slow. Breakfast, was not a breakfast it was yogurt and hard bagels.

much more affordable than nearby hotels and still felt very clean and safe. Also had all of the normal amenities. Nice shower/soap. Plenty of power outlets. Updated furniture/bedding/bathroom lighting. Free breakfast. Snacks for purchase. You could tell the building/carpet might be a little older, but not in a bad or uncleanly way. Shower was very clean. Staff was incredibly nice. If you are looking for a nice clean place to sleep and grab breakfast and save a few bucks, this place is for you.

This place told us they had a hot tub and pool , hot tub was cold and no jets, the blankets were filthy, no hot water in sink or shower and it smelled like overall announce amount of chemicals .

Hotel was excellent. We were there for a family members surgery and didn’t know how long we would have to stay so we overbooked and they were very understanding and gave us no problem with cancelling some of the stay because we didn’t have to stay as long as we thought!

I was surprised that I was given a handycap room, unless all the bathroom facilities are equipped with the excessibilities of a walk-in shower with sitting capabilites...I did love the location, restaurants and stores were in walking distance everywhere....the room was very spacious, housekeeping kept the room very supplied, and neat. If I had one complaint it is the availability of the laundry room...if you're not as tech savvy and don't have a cellphone to scan an app to clean your clothes and the desk reception don't have the quarters to operate the machines, then you're out of luck or wash by hand....
