Staff were helpful and friendly — I don’t want that to get lost here. Facilities could use a revamp. Uncomfortable beds. Flooring in our room was quite soiled in spots. Sink spat out gray water on first use. We chose this for the location (easy drive to Azura) but I’d shop around next time.

Seen multiple multiple stands of hair in the bathroom... bathroom floor was sticky... other than that the room was nice

We stayed at this hotel after a concert event nearby. Upon checking in, that staff was friendly and professional despite the influx of the concert crowd. When we got to our room, the sink was clogged and there was hair in the sink. The toilet was not cleaned. And there were hairs left behind in the shower. Additionally, the remote and lamp switches appeared dirty with crumbs and grease left behind from the former tenant. We knew the chance at a room replacement would be slim with the hotel being at capacity. The best the evening staff could do was provide us a spray bottle of cleaner to clean ourselves. The bed was made when we got to the room, but we knew sleeping in it would be just as much a gamble.

I always enjoy staying here. Nice staff, easy check in. Breakfast was so good and had so many options!

Overall the staff was very friendly and welcoming. This location was great because of how close it is to the legends which is what we wanted. However, I didn’t like that we had to keep going to the front desk to ask for things such as towels, soap, and trash bags.

Perfect rooms for our family racing/shopping get away!

When we arrived at the "hotel" there were a couple of people smoking directly next to the front door and a couple walking their very large dogs in the front lawn, that would later be trounced through the main entrance smelling like last week and heading for the guests rooms... We went inside (to the stench of wet carpet not being cleaned regularly) and joined 3 other people waiting for the front desk clerk to return from a room where a guest had maintenance issues, but the service man was 30 minutes away. The lady waiting had a dispute on her card and the agent agreed the entire charge should not be there, but said he did not know how to fix it. A young man was only trying to purchase snacks, but the agent was having a very hard time. And the 3rd person waiting had been calling about a toilet issue, but no one was answering. I asked to cancel the reservation, but was told since we booked on hotels.com that was not an option. So, at 9pm, with power out from a storm at home, we were looking for a clean, safe room to sleep in. That "hotel" is in part of town where one should assume it will not be disgusting.
