I had an amazing time in Mackinac city. This hotel was amazing very well Very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone next time I come to Mackinac city I would definitely stay at this hotel.

For those who know me on this website, you know how I am really difficult to impress. Well this Hotel GOT ME. Even more at the price I paid. The hotel may be a little outside the Mackinaw city, but the distance worth the advantage. We had a wonderful spacious room, plenty of spaces, with balcony, view to the beach. The staff was friendly and informative, made sure we were fine, even offer to set up food service if needed, despite the late time. Wow. Wonderful. I won`t forget this place. Hopefully, you keep up with my expectation next time... as there will be a next time.

We stayed in a suite and it was spacious for 3 people and 1 night. The staff were friendly. The location was good since it was close to mackinaw city and the expressway. There is beach access. It was quiet for a Saturday night and the price was right (however, it was in October so it’s not the busy season). Would stay again.

Mackinaw Beach & Bay Inn & Suites is a very clean property, easy to get in and out of, and very close to restaurants, ferry boats to the Island, etc. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this property to people visiting northern Michigan!

Front desk staff helpful and efficient. The beds were clean and crisp. Walls were all newly painted. Property is older room carpet was a little spotty. The pull out couch was also questionable. The pool and hot tub area very disappointing. For the price we really can’t complain.

Overall our stay was good. Front desk clerk was very friendly. Very quiet. Furniture could be updated. There were no usb ports to plug in electronics. Windows were very dirty.

Decent hotel for Mackinaw City. As with most in the area, this one is an older hotel that needs some TLC, but I would stay here again.

The tv didn’t work when we got there. Phone never worked. Toilet was broke. They sent maintenance 2 times but my husband had to fix it. When we asked to leave a day early due to all these things they were still going to charge us. Lastly I request 2 queens beds. We got a full and in adjoining room a king.

Very Good Experience. Front Desk Young Lady was very pleasant and made the check in process very smoth. The room had a great view of Lake Huron via the Balcony on the second floor. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Clean large room. Perfect for family. My only complaint is the amount of chlorine in the pool and hot tub was too much. You sat in the hot tub and the steam burned your eyes because it was so much.

In need of updating and deep cleaning. Sheets had small holes in them. Beds very hard, air conditioning didn't work. Hotel staff was friendly but unconcerned that the a/c didn't work.

After booking we looked at some of the older reviews from a couple years ago and got freaked out but we ended up keeping the booking since it was too close to the date to get a full refund. We’re definitely glad we did! The room was nice and big! The beds were clean- definitely well cleaned! The pool and hot tub were also well cleaned! The vents in our room were super rusty and the beach and exterior of the building could definitely use a good clean but the rooms were comfortable and you can tell that whoever owns the place now has put a lot of work into making it better then the reviews back in 2019~2021!

I was very impressed with our stay! Reasonable prices, friendly, patient front desk attendants, clean & comfortable room, quiet atmosphere, and great view of the lake. I will be back next year on our way through Mackinaw City!

Nice rom set up. Beds were very uncomfortable. Door to the beach was very very difficult to open. The sitting area once we got the door open had multople spider webs. Nice beach area.

We enjoyed our quick stay. The room was above average and we had a great nights sleep. Staff were pleasant.
