It is a good place to stay for a reasonable price. Staff are friendly, room was comfortable and clean.
They are in heavy renovations to upgrade the property but the loud activities were not started till later morning and it is very respectful.
It is in a very convenient location to get to from the highway.
The views of the river are very nice as well.
I will stay again.

For a few extra dollars it's nice to have a room with a view of the river and mountains. It's an older motel but very well kept. Our room was sparkling clean.
Some people might not like the fact that many of the guests are construction (or similar) workers and local residents living in the hotel. So you might not have the usual tourists with you in the breakfast area. Doesn't bother me though.

Easy access to the highway and downtown. A bit rundown area. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. The room was large but a bit dated. The staff were lovely. The. Breakfast was good. Very good price.

The rooms were horrible. Not clean at all. A sink got backed up and was dirty when we checked in.

Hot tub and pool wasn't the cleanest. Breakfast was ok . I liked that they used real dishes . Good value overall .

The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was clean and warmed up very quickly. The breakfast was good but the eggs & sausages were not warm.
The view was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

We only stayed one night, so didn't take advantage of the river walk, the entrance to which is very close. This hotel/motel is very clean, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

The staff was very friendly, but the room was dirty, had mold on the walls, and the pool area was disgusting. Cob webs everywhere, and the hot tub was luke warm. The pool water seemed clean, however everything surrounding it was dirty.

Stained bed sheets , giant hair ball in toilet , staff opened door on me , then a knock on the door someone left a hoodie in the closet

Staff are very nice. Pool is shallow but was perfect for me. Hot tub was way to hot but very clean. The view was breathtaking. Our stay overall was quite nice. We will come again.

Drywall repair completed in main room but the wall was not yet painted, the mirror above the sink was cracked, the mini fridge was not in place in the made for cabinet, it was on the side leaving the empty space where it belongs viod.

Really liked the location of the property. The cleanliness is sub standard. Turned on the shower and brown ran down the shower wall. The carpets haven't been cleaned for a long time. (kept my shoes on) The white bedding was stained. (I only book hotels with white bedding). The breakfast was a disappointment.

The staff were great, check in and location were easy to access. The windows in the room were not sealed very well which resulted in a lot of maple beetles and smaller bugs getting into the room constantly. Turning the air conditioner on helped but the first night was not super comfortable as it took a while to clear out the bugs who had gotten in before I arrived.

Close to river. V nice view having breakfast with an eagle flyby. Very average free breakfast.

Property was not properly maintained. Laundry--bedding, towels--were fine, bathroom was clean but it was a substandard property.

It was all around excellent couldn't expect better I was very happy with it. I like that it came with a hot breakfast because sometimes toast and muffins just doesn't cut it I was able to get an upgrade to a balcony sweet for just $15 I thought was very nice of them. Check in and check out where a complete breeze. Highly recommend I think I'll probably stay here every time I come through

Even though we were checked into an upscale room, we found that the bathroom floor was very dirty. The rest of the room was totally acceptable. Also we were disappointed in the "free" breakfast. We have stayed at this property several times over the past few years and found quality to be deteriorating. Also found the $100 damage deposit upon checking in to be surprising, I don't think we'll be back.

Very comfortable, clean rooms comfortable beds. Came gave fresh towels. Definitely will return for another stay.
