Hotel is starting to look a little tired. Rooms would benefit from refurbishment.

I love staying here. Such a great location on the downs, with Epsom town just down the road. Get a good breakfast too. Good value for a family room too. The team are always friendly too.

I stay here many times, overall its very good and the staff are fantastic, the only slight issue I had on this occasion was I couldn't get the heating to warm the room adequately even though the thermostat was set to its highest heat, it was a fairly cold week so I guess this was highlighted more than if staying throughout the summer months.

The hotel was easy to find. There was plenty of parking available when we arrived. The staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient. We arrived late and it wasn't a problem. The room was clean and had what we needed for an overnight stay. There was a variety of food at the breakfast bar to suit our different tastes. Overall it was a great stay.

Lobby area was clean and smart. Bedroom was clean and spacious, not the best but you pay for what you get. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, not loads of choice but a good range.

The property adjoins Epsom Racecourse and was an excellent base for our activities such as golf in the area. The rooms are of an excellent size; clean and fresh considering the hotel is amazingly 15 years old. The car park is of a good size, convenient and the buffet breakfast excellent. The front office, cleaning and breakfast staff are competent and friendly. The Rubbing House Restaurant is very close and serves excellent and reasonably priced evening meals BUT please book. The hotel is close to the Epsom township which is well served by shops. Park at the Ashley Centre. There is also a very good Thai Restaurant contained in The Plough Hotel in nearby Leatherhead. We could not fault our lodgings here even if picky.

They have no restaurant inside the hotel but only 24/7 pizza service. They recommended the pub on the other side of the road that was excellent.

Lovely hotel amazing breakfast in the morning, unfortunately the other guests in the hotel were very inconsiderate at 1am banging and shouting in the corridors. We was meant to be in a quiet room.

We have used this hotel several times for family to stay when we are having a local get together and the service and cleanliness are always amazing

Easy to find, I arrived late in the day (2200 approx) was still able to park, clean, simple facilities. Clean, tidy comfortable rooms.no worries or problems at all.

We were traveling during a June heat wave and were so so happy for the air conditioning. Our room was a good size for our family of four. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was convenient and so was the bar in the lobby. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay!

Remote but good environment overlooking at Epsom Down race course. Within 10 mons drive to Epsom town center. Overall happy with the stay.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Only slight gripe was lack of caffeinated coffee and a very loud creaky bathroom door. Apart from that it was lovely and quiet with a view over the racecourse. Staff were very friendly and were happy for us to order in takeaway with us using their plates/cutlery etc. Breakfast was really nice with a nice selection of hot and cold dishes. Overall, very good value for money.

The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff helpful and friendly. It’s located in a quiet, pretty area opposite the race course and a short ride to the train station and shops.
