A spacious holiday apartment in a central location, which enjoys beach views from the living room and bedrooms. Comfortable and modern accommodation with two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a shower/bath-room. This gorgeous, homely apartment has lovely features including a large picture windows and quality furniture. From the open plan living/dining room you can watch the tides roll in and with the beach located opposite you could be soaking up the sun all day on the golden sands or in the dunes, then enjoying the spectacular sunset over Cardigan Bay. For those cooler times of year there is central heating, double glazing and of course the apartment has free WIFI throughout. The apartment is also pet and smoke FREE, so great for guests with allergies. Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a stone’s throw from the apartment. As well as a central location with views, this lovely holiday home is only a minute walk to Barmouth town centre, with its shops, good pubs and eateries plus the railway station. There is no designated parking but guests have use of a parking permit and the main town car park is just 200m away. Even in high season there is usually no problem parking close by. Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, this lovely Apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with families miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you, or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. If you're into cycling or horse-riding there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally-famous mountain-biking centre at Coed y Brenin just 20 minutes away. This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail and Taith Ardudwy Way very close. For those seeking a little more challenge Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour. If you're not the active type, then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast railway – one of the UK’s most scenic railway routes all the way along this glorious coast line – or maybe one of the famous narrow-gauge steam railways that proliferate in this corner of Wales? ACCOMODATION: All the floors are laminated in wood effect. Entrance The apartments in the building have their own entrance and no-one else is on the first floor. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Living room The open-plan living/dining room enjoys sea and beach views, framed by the big picture window. With new laminate flooring, high cornice ceilings, this room is really something special! The sitting area has a cosy ‘Chesterfield style’ settee, marble top coffee table and drop-leaf table for dining. There is a flat-screen SMART TV and FREE WIFI. Kitchen The kitchen next to the living area has laminate flooring. The kitchen has white fitted kitchen units with granite-look worktops, A double oven/grill, 4 ring electric hob and extractor hood over, microwave and, fridge with freezer box. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a well presented holiday home. Hallway The hallway leads to the bedrooms. Bedroom ONE - sleeps 2 With picture window, double-size ‘brass style’ bed, twin wardrobes with shelves and hanging space plus a small dressing table. Bedroom TWO - sleeps 2 With picture window, double-size ‘brass style’ bed, 4 draw dressing table and 4 drawer chest of drawers. Family Bath/Shower room Bath with electric shower overhead, pedestal wash hand basin, WC, part wall tiling, heated towel rail and back lit mirror. There is no designated parking at the apartment but guests have use of a FREE parking permit for the main car park which is adjacent. Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £299 applies to every booking. Where a one week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY. Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, wifi, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fee of £49 applies to each booking We also have a travel cot and high chair at no extra charge. Baby bedding is not provided. Strictly NO PETS sorry. It is the guest's responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise. In order to comply with our agency holiday letting insurance, even though you have provided your details to AirBNB we will ask you to provide your full name, home address, the names plus the rough ages of all the guests, so we can confirm your booking. Your personal details will be kept secure and will not be shared with any 3rd party. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection rules. Charging of electric cars. Some of our properties are fitted with professionally installed and connected EVCPs (Electric Vehicle Charging Points) for the safe charging of electric cars. The use of an extension lead into a property that is plugged into a 3-pin domestic supply is strictly prohibited, due to the risk of fire by overloading the domestic electric circuit. Additionally, our owner's home insurance may be invalid if a fire was to be caused by such an act. We suggest that guests with EV's ensure that they are aware of the local charging stations before they book with us.
