Very nice property that is dog friendly. Noisy AC units but room is very clean and no carpet.

Could not tell where the entry to the hotel was then had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs . Scary coming in late at night . Didn’t feel safe .

On our way to Toronto, it was located 4min from where we had decided to break for the evening on our journey. It was affordable.There was a mature, elegant/fancy, and charming feel. Nice and intimate. Definitely did not feel like a typical chained hotel. The room was small but still okay for my family of 4. I would not stay again with my kids but may if it were just my husband and I. Main issue, as nice as the bathroom was the sink mirror was in the room. Would not be an issue if the room were bigger and the sink/mirror area could be tucked away out of sight around a wall or corner. Also there is no carpeting and the room was cold for me. A couple of rugs would have made the place literally and figuratively warmer. One staff we encountere at check in was nice, she could have explained the elevator's location and distance better and or called for someone to support with carrying luggage upstairs (or just advised us to do that), as it would have been faster... the elevator was that far! Free Parking was onsite. Once we got to our room we then parked at a closer entrance to the elevator, the staff person at check in did tell us where the closest areas to park were located. So check out will be easier at least. There wer lots of restaurants within walking distance to meet different price points and palates - that we appreciated. There was a restaurant on site, which did not provide comp. breakfast but could be purchased for about $20. Corridors were small, place was quiet.

Not really up to par with price or cleanliness , The hotel is aged and very basic , for the price I would of liked to see a better room that was cleaner , the furniture is outdated and very used , the room was hard to find and the staff weren’t quick on returning my room deposit . Next time I’ll pay a little more and stay at the Times instead .

The hotel and staff were good. The parking was an issue. There are only a few spots and it is very tight. As well, I found it digusting that patrons were smoking so clise to the hotel entrance. It smelt bad and did not help the hotels image.

Everything was satisfactory. I heard rave reviews about Globe Trotter, but unfortunately was disappointed with the taste of our appetizer and main entree. However, the cocktails were delicious and my son's steak tartar was amazing! The room was fine, I only wish there was an extra blanket available since it got cold at night.

The room is small and very outdated. The bathroom is small. The sink was not in bathroom and was not working. The mattrasses were uncomfortable.

Staff were all super friendly and accommodated our English first language really well.

Nothing special but the beds are comfortable. The staff are not friendly and the rooms are not user friendly if you don’t speak French. Could not for the life of me figure out how to call the front desk and no one explained simple things like that at check in.

We like staying here because it has a great restaurant and bar. The restaurant is open for breakfast also so no need to travel around to find something to eat prior to checking out. Very convenient.

Sound proofing wasn’t great.

We are seniors. We are always getting lost. And we get confused easily. So the road directions being only in French are a deterrent for us. I doubt that we will vacation in Quebec again. The motel was very nice. We were given a French menu, but other staff changed it for us and we just laughed it off. I imagine that French visitors to Ontario feel the same. I’m sure they enjoy visiting New Brunswick as both French and English are often spoken and signs are in both languages. Our room was clean and quite spacious. The staff saw to it that we were able to park close to carry our luggage in

Pretty place, functional. But Expedia doesn’t gives me the access to the promotion (2 nights for price of 1) and as per me the client with Expedia doesn’t get the better rooms….

Easy to get to and nice location. Peaceful and many restaurants and things to do around the hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Really nice hotel . Clean , quiet, great pool. The staff were incredible. Everyone we had contact with was pleasant, courteous, helpful, happy. Staying here was a very positive experience.

Had constant problems with the key cards. Had to be replaced 3 times, and we were there for only 2 nights.
