The staff is beyond friendly. From the valet to room service. I enjoyed the night life with the entertainment downstairs. The hotel is located next to Printer Alley. I was able to walk to everything in the downtown area.

For the price of this Hotel the location to Broadway and other activities is perfect if you don't mind a short walk.
What we didn't expect was $55 a night parking, to be on the 3rd floor and either to go down to the first or up to the 13th for Ice, A dirty comforter or a dead TV remote. If you like the music scene and can sleep through a band playing you're good. If not, you won't be going to sleep until Midnight or later. Overall it was a great trip, but we wouldn't stay here again.

The lobby area is great and lots going on for Nashville. Life music each night. We stayed 2 nights and while we had a nice size room there weren't enough towels for us (4). The beds weren't comfortable and the room wasn't cleaned (not sure why). They did take off 1 night of parking for that. Friendly staff!

Gorgeous lobby with a live music bar.

Hotel Staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Even with being snowed in, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The lobby, dining and bar area had great service and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend staying here for the area as it was close enough to walk to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, and Printers Alley was just around the corner.

Beds are awful

Good location- about 2 blocks from Broadway & corner of Printers Alley. Printers Alley seemed a little sketchy. Good water pressure in shower, sink drained VERY slowly, mattress was hard. Room fit the bill for a quick 3 night stay… parking fees stink, but that’s in all downtown hotels in larger cities.

Service was great! They allowed us to check in early without an extra fee. Management was very accommodating and friendly. Brittney at the restaurant was our server several days, she was phenomenal!
There was however a weird smell in the elevators and 14th floor that never went away.

The hotel is a little outdated, the rooms can definitely use some upgrading ! The staff was pretty nice , located by a lot of restaurants and bars!

Late at night, there were many staff members all sitting around on their phones and when I approached the desk, they continued to talk with each other, instead of acknowledging us.

The property has gone down a bit. The phone didn’t work, nor did the in-room tablet. As a result, my breakfast order didn’t reach the kitchen and I couldn’t call the front desk. I finally used my cell and the staff was great about making things right so I appreciated their effort. They only have so much control over those things. I’m sure they’ll get things straightened out…at least I hope so since I stay there routinely.

Have stayed at the Indigo a few times and the location is why we stay here. Walkable to Broadway for some Honky Tonk music and close to the Bridgestone Arena during hockey season. The hotel receptionists are very helpful and professional.

Last minute booking. It was ok, but pricey because of the location.

Nice hotel. The staff were very nice. The lobby looks very nice, and the nightly live music was popular. It gets very loud in the lobby, but my room was on the 14th floor, so it was nice and quiet up there.

The nightly entertainment, lobby bar and lounge was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay here. In a safe, quiet, upscale neighborhood and within walking distance to Broadway and a block from Printer's Alley. The valet parking is nice but pricey, but it's no different than anywhere around there.

Location! It’s not in the center of town which makes it perfect…just a few blocks to everything you expect from Nashville! We loved Printers Alley which is next to the hotel. Entertainment and amazing dining options right around the corner…very convenient when it’s raining!! Loved the vibe of the hotel. Entertainment nightly was an added bonus. The hotel is an old building many buildings surrounding it are under reconstruction but it does not interfere with the hotel. The hotel could use an update at least tower 2 where we stayed. Rooms were large and very clean. Staff was awesome…very welcoming and eager to please! Check the. Out don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Our room was really dated and didn’t look like the one in the gallery of photos. Bathroom had a lot of black mold especially in the sink. Beds were not comfortable. You could feel the springs. The ac was so loud it woke us up all night. We could have turned it off but then the room got really hot. Staff was amazing as was the lobby. But the rooms need a lot of help.

I loved the two gals that worked the front desk. I loved the location and the restaurant.
Our room hardly had any towels, cups for coffee or soap. But when we asked for more, they gladly and quickly brought them up. I will stay there again!

Being right next to printers alley was nice.
It took 3 texts/phone calls to the front desk to get more towels and shampoo. Live music was nice
