Great place and staff.

We stayed in the apartment which is located 2 mins away from the hotel. It is well located, clean and well equipped. We could not have breakfast at the hotel as it’s against the Italian law to provide breakfast to those not staying at the hotel. Lots of small cafes around though. The only downside is that we could hear those living on the upper floor walking around their apartment.

Good location and away from the tourist crowd. Near to St Marks Square. We went winter time so there were less people. A little scary to walk at night after dinner if you’re not with a group.

On my third visit to Palazzo Paruta, I’m as enchanted as ever! This beautifully restored 17th-century noble residence is a fusion of Venetian charm and modern luxury. Located a short walk from Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring Venice.
Each room exudes elegance, comfort, and a nod to its noble past. The service is impeccable, making each stay memorable. The breakfast is a delightful array of local and international cuisine.
Palazzo Paruta is more than a hotel; it’s an experience of true Venetian grandeur. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic location. Great to have a kitchen. A few kitchen details should be attended to: hood light over stove, a dish towel, the dishwasher didn't seem to stop but that's all minor stuff when you're in the center of the most beautiful city in the world!

Beautiful hotel with great service. Very quiet and well located.

Excellent stay, spacious room with terrace, clean and comfortable. Centrally located to main attractions but tucked nicely away from the crowds.

This little hotel is updated and clean. The staff is wonderful and the room was huge! Breakfast was adequate and plentiful.
The hotel is off the main square so it’s much quieter but still a short walk to restaurants.

Beautiful location, friendly service ready with recommendations to the best spots, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend.

Top location less than 10 minutes walk from L’Accademi or San Marco. Peaceful neighborhood just two minutes from San Stefano square full of osterias and trattorias with local food and great quality.
I had a full apartment for my 4 members family, nice, elegant, beautiful design, two ambiances and full of amenities.
Great team, wonderful service and helpful all the time.
Amazing breakfast. Try to have it there. It will be impossible to have a better breakfast. They will include a different selection of pastries, fruits and bread. Very fresh and served in a beautiful cafeteria.
Just two blocks from San Angelo station and the Alilaguna ferry to the airport, very easy to find and to get even with bid luggage and four family members.
I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone, couples or families. Great job guys. Hope to see you in the future. My picture show the building next to the main hotel where my apartment was located.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! The hotel is great, and the location is perfect, but it is the staff that made this trip memorable! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, Breakfast is a luxury here too!

Great small hotel in an area that’s convenient to all the sights but also far enough from the maddening crowds. Gorgeous little bar and terrace to relax on. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options. Friendly employees. Comfortable room. No complaints!

This hotel was excellent! Very clean, comfortable, luxurious and very classy! The staff was very pleasant and helpful! They were very gracious and always with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of stations with an assortment of dishes hot and cold. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed on the two bedroom apt and it was well appointed and comfortable. It worked well for my family of 4. Convenient location. Only drawback is I wish it had two bathrooms.

We booked 3 bedrooms suite. However the hotel said the reservation is for 2 people (I am sure we booked for 4) and we have family of 4, they made us to pay $89 more for so-called extra person. In addition my daughter is under 18 which no needs to pay tax, they still charged her anyway. Wish they be more honest next time. The hotel location is good and the accommodation is very spacious but maybe in low season not many people stayed there is a strange odor. It is on 4th floor but elevator can barely fit 2 people. People with difficulty to climb Stairs should be careful

Overall it was a good experience. Friendly staff, good breakfast and the property is beautiful. Two things can certainly be improved: change your outdated hair driers and offer your residents soft pillows as an additionL option to the firm pillows you already have

Loved this property. We arrived a little earlier than we planned to and were welcomed with complimentary drinks and croissants. We stayed in Apt #601 and we were very pleased with our room, which was clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly. Note that if you are staying in an apartment, you are not included in the complimentary breakfast at the main building. Not a deal breaker as there were many yummy cafes around. Would definitely stay again.

The Palazzo Peruta is a very pretty hotel. The rooms were immaculate and service from hotel staff could not have been better. Strongly recommend. I stayed in one of the hotel’s apartments which was very large and had an outside deck. Apartment 602. Terrific. Note to hotel: please provide a bottle of Prosecco instead of asti Spumante Canei, which is not a dry sparkling wine.

My family rented 604 very large for a studio room, we also rented 601 a very large 2 bed room with a separate living room. would highly recommend both units.

The property was perfect for a family of six and the staff was great!
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for safe, welcoming, and easily walkable location in Venice.

A little hard to find at first but a excellent hotel.

Very very beautiful room and hotel. But the furniture is very old. The reception couch feels like it’s going to fall apart and some of the furniture in my room was very old. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock and the toilet was broken for the night. However the decor and view was gorgeous. The location is great - we were in walking distance of most attractions

Staff great, location great, would recommend for a short stay.
Room was a bit too small and very dark, no natural light

We had a lovely stay! It’s a really great location, just off a calm and quiet square but also really close to all the main attractions.
The people working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and it was so great to have a big studio apartment where you could chill out and relax when the crowds around San Marco’s Square got too much.
Some negatives: the room was quite dusty and I had to dust it down, no cleaning was available nor were we allowed to have breakfast in the hotel due to ‘Covid restrictions’ which didn’t really make much sense to us as there were nothing else put in place for Covid.
It was a little annoying having to always ask for clean towels, new toiletries etc and it would have been nice to be able to have breakfast in the hotel.
Another thing which was a problem was that the apartment wasn’t very sound proof and we were awoken every morning early with the person upstairs walking around. Of course, there wasn’t much that could be done about that and the receptionist did call and ask the person upstairs to keep the noise down as much as possible which was appreciated.
Overall, it was a good stay and we would recommend the location and once breakfast and cleaning is back in place there’s very little one could complain about!

very nice team and beautiful room

Great location, beautiful hotel and rooms. Quiet, but still close enough to enjoy the vibrancy of Venice in a few minutes.
