We had wonderful service despite our after midnight arrival. We needed 2 rooms and they were next to each other without having to request it! While the feather pillows aren’t my favorite, we slept comfortably. The shower water pressure was outstanding and the breakfast was hot with good variety. The icing on the cake was the above and beyond hospitality when we called to report that an item was left in one of our rooms. We will be staying here again!

This hotel needs updating and the room we stayed in, especially bathroom, needs maintenance.

It was fine. Had some issues getting the hot breakfast out a couple of morning. Wish the pool heater and the suana worked.

Booked a suite 11 months in advance, called the day before check-in to confirm room, and was told the room would be ready. Arrived, and was informed that the room was not habitable. Was provided with a basic room. The staff were hospitable and understanding, however, the management of the hotel offered no recourse. Since the room was pre-paid they cannot offer me any type of refund. So, I paid for a suite, got a regular room, and no compensation. Great customer service.
On another note, the room was clean and tidy. The beds were hard as rocks, and the bathroom is in dire need of a remodel and drain snake. The complimentary breakfast was meh!

Ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite. They let my husband check into the hotel before I arrived, even though the reservation was in my name. I was so thankful not to have to leave the hospital where I was with my dad. When I arrived they let me know my husband had checked in (which I was aware of, but appreciated that they informed me also). They even honored my top floor request that I requested in my online booking!! The lady working breakfast was a busy bee making sure all the items stayed stocked and tables remained clean! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bathroom in the room was updated and clean. The carpet looked a little worn, but nothing terrible. For a one night stay during a difficult time, it was everything we needed in a convenient location.

Overall experience was great. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. Nice reception area and breakfast.
Only issue was room service did not make up our room and claimed the door was latched shut, which is impossible since we were gone all day long and wouldnt have been able to get back in ourselves if this was truly the case.

After months tracked, harassed, attempted harmed in other locale…
I found this place to be acceptable but questionable.
I have minimal fear of much… but there is a soundful feeling of sadness and weird on the 4th floor.
Also to heavy on concern of my next stay was weary as I left this toggled from me to metaverse.. only ever seeking better for humanity…

We have stayed at this hotel
Many times before an early flight. This is the first time we left late enough to utilize the breakfast. It was your standard hotel breakfast, but this one came with a show. The girl working it was making out with her boyfriend right in front of the drink station.
My concern was at check in. My daughter got there before I did and just told the girl working the desk that she was my daughter (she has a different last name). The girl let her check into both of the rooms I had reserved in my name.
I feel like this hotel has gone downhill a bit with its new owners/name.

Took a risk staying at a place I'd never heard of (I am usually a loyal Hilton member), but am pleased to say that EVERY aspect of our 5-day stay was pleasant and impressive. The hotel is close to the airport, is surrounded by several dining options, is right off the interstate (yet still very quiet), and the front desk & housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, new and clean. The hvac worked well, the toiletries smelled wonderful, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable (at par or ABOVE the famous Hampton Inn beds we're so used to), the halls were quiet, parking was open & simple, the price was unbeatable, breakfast was nice, the coffee was great, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. This will definitely be our go-to lodging when visiting Indy again.

Newly renamed hotel (was Best Western plus) still provides as good (or better) service and amenities.
Hotel is fairly new (under 10 years old) and well kept up. Rooms are very nice and spacious, hotel has a modern boutique feel about it, at a great rate!
My only "complaint" is the breakfast could be a little better/offer a bit more variety.
I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Indianapolis

For a one night stay, it’ll do. It’s not too far from clean, but if you are a stickler for hotel dirt (like I am), I wouldn’t recommend. Bed was comfortable I’ll give them that. Seems to be an old hotel chain that closed and now “Sonesta” took over. Not too far of a drive to downtown so it was good for the big 10 championship. Stay was average and the staff were decent, the hotel just isn’t it. Got what I paid for that’s for sure.

Nice hotel close to the airport about 10 minutes away lots of restaurants close by I recommend the Coachman right across the street from the hotel they have huge portions I would recommend splitting the meal

Convenient location from the airport. There were two young couple smoking pot at the smoking area where you open the door leads to the elevator in the ground floor. The guests on top of our room was walking and jumping and we can hear it.

There was mold in my shower and the WIFI didn’t work Sat night and I had work I needed to get done.

Very conveniently located. Close to airport. Continental breakfast was good, but there are small bugs fly aroud occasionally in that area. Lots of restaurants close by. Most importantly friendly staff and well maintained facility!

Carpets were filthy in all halls we walked. Room wasn’t very clean either. We didn’t hear road noise but the room above us was loud. Staff was there for check in - nice pleasant young lady. Never saw staff again. No one was there for check out.

Overall a nice hotel for the price, seems like the bathrooms and covers could use a deeper clean. Couldn’t hear the airplanes at all. Ass far as locating the hotel as mentioned in other reviews, it’s not necessarily the hotels fault. The area’s infrastructure is complicated but a bigger sign might be to the hotel’s benefit.

Excellent bed with lots of pillow - i was exhausted so this was great. The pool looked nice and i had to leave before breakfast, but I'd stay here again for sure. Conveniently close to airport as well.

If you need stable internet connection to browse the internet or work on your computer, do not come here. There was barely any internet connection, wireless or wired, when I was staying. I needed the internet to work and my day turned into a nightmare at this place. To be fair, the staffs were very friendly and helpful, but that didn’t help my work.
