Location is great
The room was very disappointing, if we had paid about 1/2 the price, then it would be passable, but $100+ USD a night is a bit too much for the place.

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.
Very old, run down, out-dated. Breakfast was below average, and there was a very loud party in the hotel on our last night, on the floor directly below us.

I've used this hotel before due to its location.
I didn't like that you had to decide on your breakfast the night before. Being asked to wait while they checked if I lied about using the mini bar. I just ignored them and left.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, the breakfast is amazing with plenty of variety. It's just across the road from the train station so good stop off if you're travelling.

Central location. The breakfast was fine but I expected more for a 4* hotel.
The hotel needs a serious renovation. Furthermore, the balcony is a joke, it is so small you can't even stand on it. The room door handle was broken. The standard double room was quite small. No mosquito net. No towel hangar in the bathroom at a convenient place. No parking. I'm surprised the hotel has four stars.

the room was good, and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
the shower was not big (solo traveller) , but was clean and nice. in the room there wasn't bathroom- just shower
breakfast - there are few options and you choose one option.

the location was perfect, nice and quiet and within walking distance of bus and train station, shops, bars and restaurants
there was a few things missing for a four star hotel. The choice of beverages was poor, only two T bags both fruit flavours and two sachets of 3 in 1 coffee and my wife doesn’t like sugar in her coffee. No milk for tea and only tap water, unless you paid for the water in the mini bar. The small balcony advertised with the room was just about big enough for one person to stand on. The curtains in our room wouldn’t close so they moved us to another room, and the curtains in there still didn’t fully close. The WiFi in the room was just about good enough for our phones but not enough to operate my laptop. There was no plug in the sink to enable a decent facility to have a shave.

The staff, particularly the manager was not friendly and not cooperative.

There is a problem with the parking places in that area. And in the parking place that belongs to the hotel can only park the casino costumers.
