I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at the hotel. The overall experience was far from satisfactory and left me extremely displeased.
The carpet in the bedrooms was in a very poor condition, with stains, burns, and frays throughout. In addition, the air-conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The lack of cleanliness was also alarming, with hairs found in the bathroom and on the bed sheets which did not even fit the bed properly.
Furthermore, the showerhead in the bathroom was broken and continuously falling down, and to add to the inconvenience, there was no hot water available. The television in the room was practically useless as all the channels were buffering, making it impossible to watch anything.
I must say that this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid staying at your establishment.

Amazing place to stay..the best views of the sea..

Average room, bit dated, view of car park wasn't the dream, breakfast was good with sea view.

The hotel was fairly well maintained throughout from the lobby to the room and all areas in-between. The room was immaculately clean however the pillows had lost a lot of of their form. There were extra heaters in the room if you were cold, but it was quite warm and we couldn't turn down the thermostat or easily open the window but we got it sorted in the end. The staff in the bar and on reception were welcoming and helpful. Great location for town centre and seafront. At £20 a day for parking I strongly recommend some sort of collaboration with the local covered car park for guests; luckily we had family nearby so we left our car with them. Would use again.

Very polite welcome on reception. Booked last minute and had a small dog with us which was no problems (extra £20 for the dog)
Room starting to look slightly grubby (the carpets) and tired but was clean enough for a one night stay.
Would recommended for a short stay close to the beach :-)

It was really unfortunate to arrive at a time when the key system was down. Every time needed to leave my room (2nd floor) to the restaurant (1st floor) or gym (5th floor) and back to the restaurant, I needed to first go to reception (ground floor), to ask someone to come up stairs to let me back into my room.
Staff were wonderful and clearly trying to make my stay more comfortable but it made it a less pleasant experience.
2.0
Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and bed comfortable. I suppose that is all I needed.
However, this hotel is very, very much in need of a refurbishment. The carpets are very old and there was a stale vomit stain on the carpet outside the room next door to mine - don’t they have a carpet cleaner? The restaurant/bar is actually a bar only with the restaurant ‘reserved for conferences’.
On the day I arrived the bar looked like they had held a beer festival there that afternoon - floor wet with spilled drinks. That said, it was mostly completely empty.
The Bar is a separate business or at least one is unable to charge meals or drinks to the room. Food was ok but beer very limited and white wine fridge had failed so wine at room temperature. Needs a reboot.

Sadly the hotel is very tired.
Our room was rather cold on arrival, however there 2 electric heaters than were neede yo be put on to make the room warm enough.
The state of the carpets on our floor were awful full of unpleasant looking staines.
However the staff were pleasant and helpfull
Overpriced for the very poor condition of the hotel

The hotel is located in a prime location. Great view from the bars's balcony. The breakfast is worth to pay for.
Although the room was clean, the carpet is very old therefore it has lots of marks and it doesnt look good.
Also the bed is not the most comfortable nor the pillows.
The system crushed, but the staff handled it very well.
Overall, we had a good stay.

This place is right on the sea. I was welcomed with a big warm smile and with some great suggestions. I beieve his name was Yanni(for Short). The room was BIG AND SPACIOUS but the bird poop on the deck was a concern. The fish n Chips in the hotel bar was the greatest. The first night we had a nice girl and she new how to serve. The next night Cody needed some more training on how to set a table but did help me count my change!!

Got a free upgrade on arrival brilliant customer service friendly and polite throughout

Friendly staff, clean hotel and great location.

The hotel clearly houses immigrants and as such there are children playing in corridors and the hotel feels more like a series of bedsits rather than rooms. The room was large but contained an equally large amount of stains on the carpets and furniture and the bed was tired
Location is good but overall i would not stay again.

The Park Inn was exactly as described, loved how central to everything it is.

Very expensive for what we received. I booked 3 rooms in Feb for my mums 60th birthday and none of use were together by bookin so far in advanced and all together i expected all room to be together at £200 per night.
Also on our floor there where familys that were all together as the were in and out of each others rooms and they were cooking strong smelling food so the whole hallway smelt of spices and onion. Also the restaurant was so expensive. Breakfast should be included within the price as im not sure what i paid nearly £600 for, for just 3 standard room. The veiw was lovely but i would of rather been informed that we wasnt going to be together as maybe i could of found another place that would accommodate this.

Not so good
Room sooo stuffy No air. Pillows bad
Duvet not clean. Sink disposal was dirty
Disappointing experience for such a good name. Staff were pleasant & helpful but I didn’t want to keep complaining so didn’t say anything & didn’t get our discount

It was an interesting stay because there were pros & cons.
Pros: location, ocean view room, a/c, spacious room
Cons: smell in foyer and corridors (most likely being a pet friendly hotel), water pressure in shower was terrible, old/stained carpets in rooms

Old out dated , balcony covered in pigeon excrement, toilet cistern constantly flowing seemed to be full of immigrant refugees

My stay was for one night only, and that wasn’t short enough. The hotel is scruffy and dirty, and I won’t be back.

Really bad from the start, no parking as advertised although there is a can park opposite at £20 a day provided you don't move the car. The room was very hot and the Air con was broken, only 1 window opened and all they could do was offer a fan. The beds were shocking, massive indent in the main mattress and the kids ones was like lying on the floor. There were stains on the bed lining, towels and carpets in the room and out side the room was awful we was shocked how dirty and horrible the hallways looked. We was given complimentary breakfast which we hadn't booked as we didn't really want. Again not the cleanest room to serve breakfast and the food was ok but nothing special and no coffee as machines were all off. Definitely would not recommend and will not return, 1 positive is the views from the room were lovely it's such a shame as the hotel has real potential to be very nice.

It is a lovely hotel.
I did have problems with the door entering to the corridor to my room, the lock, i was told is fairly old and does not open straight away i had to wiggle the card key, i also have a double pushchair so it was hard to get through
We paid for breakfast which was delish, however, there are no halal option.

It was clean and tidy but it needed the carpet to be cleaned
Some repairs done
And some painting to be done

Property is run down. Carpets were stained and rooms smelled of food or sewage. When we told the staff of the smell, they only came up to the room to show us how to open the window - which didn't get rid of the smell.

We enjoyed our stay and being by the sea coast made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Great views. Such a shame the hotel doesn't have their own parking. The overnight parking was just way too expensive. Good selection of food at breakfast time, however, didn't quite understand why things like muffins in packets had "Use by date", which had already gone past. Would start wondering if some of the bakery was fresh.

Totally disgusted!!! The hotel is exceptionally tiried the rooms were of a very poor standard, No air-conditioning working so it was warmer outside than in!
We was given a small electric heater.
The restaurant was freezing even staff using vapour cigarettes until we went in.
The menu was basic but really expensive! i ordered a medium rare rib-eye with potatoes and vegetables, to which came medium to well done and only had chips??
The following morning we had paid for a full English but there wasn't anything left including no dishes or plates the staff looked as though they had come straight to work from a night out nothing professional about them, the cutlery was filthy The worst Raddison EVER a bed and breakfast for a third of the price would have been ten times better.

Building a bit tired but clean
