everything was clean & Nice, but the HVAC was way to loud. when it came on I had to crank the TV yup25-30 points. Plus it cold or hot nothing. Refrigerator was very loud when the compressor came on.

From the moment we entered the well appointed lobby ,we felt at ease. Check in was absolutely great. Happy, courteous receptionist made us feel right at home. The room was spic n span. Beds were clean n comfy. Breakfast was superb,with lots of cold n hot options. We would definitely stay there again

Customer service not appropriate, had a roach at bathroom .reported and no action taken, spoke to Management Jessica as per her that's normal for Waycross county. Wow

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Seemed to be the best hotel in the area. We were passing through and it met our needs. Nice to have handicapped accessible bathroom available.

I can honestly say this was an horrible experience, not due to the staff though. This noise was soooo loud in the hotel and whoever was staying above us, kept us up until 5am. A baby was hollering, kids were running around and it was bon stop. My family will not return, sadly.

The accessiblity to the location was a little confussing. I drove through the parking lot of a not so suitable establishment to get to your main entrance. The view from my window was overlooking that same parking lot.

My 2nd visit and review. Floors are not clean. Shower also not clean. I cleaned with bleach shower cleaner and sponge was really dirty so I know they don’t clean it.

The floor could have been cleaner in the bathroom and the carpet wasn’t very clean. Every one was friendly and check in was fast.

Central location. Was in Waycross for work, so it fit my needs perfectly. Breakfast was amazing. Biscuits and gravy with bacon! The gym area was small but did it’s job. Indoor pool was super chlorinated, not ideal for swimming or even sitting in area. AC in rooms were a little loud when trying to watch tv, but perfect for cancelling out noise of roadway.
