Good: - Big back yard for the kids - Walking distance to the beach - Centrally located - Clean Bad: - Shower very difficult to operate - Only 2 beds made up - Dishes and cutlery for 4 people only, yet advertised for 9 - The only path off the deck to the rear of the property has a wind chime that hits directly in the head to anyone over 5’11”. You will see in the attached picture that I threw it up on the roof. - The tire swing is useless and should be removed. It interferes with the good swing, is too high for the kids to use and has a bug nest on the rope near the tire. Ugly: - Broken beer glass in several places in the back yard - You cut a bush down and left 6 inch sharp stubs protruding from the ground. Within 15 minutes one of the kids had tripped on the stubs on the edge and if he had fallen to his right could have been seriously injured by this hazard. We took the precaution of putting fencing around this during our stay to avoid a similar issue from reoccurring. - There is a 8” gap between the patio and front fence. Rather dangerous and easily repaired. Move the fence closer and raise it so every passing car is not visible. Really Ugly: - There is a 10 by 10 patch of what turns out to be poison ivy in the back corner of the yard. This now extends down the fence line on both the rear and side for 20 feet as well as spring up in the actual lawn. You had to know about this because you laid some orange fencing over the larger patch instead of doing something permanent about it. SHAME ON YOU FOLKS!!

Super close to the beach, nice patio to relax on. Small but comfy. Backyard could use a bit of clean up bunch of small tree stumps right off the back porch step. But the backyard is big for lawn games.
