The A/C unit not working properly.The next
Morning i requested to get moved to another room. Everything else was okay, for the money i paid was good

Good place for a good vacation

Hotel location good, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Parking area good. However my room had a dirt on the ceiling and by the night table was dirt.

Our stay was adequate for the price. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable however we had 3 very flat pillows and were there for a surgery. I requested extra pillows the first evening and they were never brought. There is nowhere to purchase sodas or beverages of any kind until evening at the restaurant and not much within walking distance. They have a really nice bar area and we were there over a weekend, so would’ve thought it would be open for drinks in the evening, however they had music playing and a tv on but never saw any humans at all. It did feel very safe and quiet.

The place looks run down. The water was ihtermittent. The air conditioner didn't worked. The staff was helpful but couldn't really do much.

Nice hotel for a stay in San Pedro Sula. I was in San Pedro Sula on my way to Tela. It is about 20 minutes from the airport in a residential area within walking distance to a mall so convenient for restaurants, ATM and incidental purchases. Rooms are spacious, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I plan to use it again in the future.

The hotel is nice and quiet, with a decent restaurant, and it is a few meters from the entrance to the COPANTL hotel so it’s good for participating in events at the conference center there - it’s also about a block away from a mall with different shops, and a food court

I’ve stay at this hotel 3 times already and it’s a fantastic experience. property security guards, front desk personnel, house keeping and restaurant staff were very helpful and professional. The main great experience is my rental vehicle was protected by property parking and security guards… Live it. I highly recommend this hotel for either vacations or business trip. 😃😃😃👍👍👍

While the property is aging, it is generally in good repair. The rooms are small but sufficient. The staff is helpful and the food in the restaurant is good.

The staff ,the rooms the food all were very good. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and in the evenings at there out door bar we enjoyed a few good cold drinks as well as a lite snack before bed. Everyone at the hotel would help to make your stay enjoyable. Would stay here for sure every time we visit San Pedro Sula. In the future.

Location is great, we did have an issue at checkin the room they gave us was already ocupied but they gave us a new roompretty quick. Dont have high expectations about breakfast its basic but tasty.
