Great hotel, very clean, excellent food and entertainment

Great hotel just what we was looking for Very modern and the food is out of this world Only change and not a huge issue as loads of free parking 10 min walk away is 20euro a day to park car is £££££ Over all 10/10

Hotel is modern, clean and smells lovely. Had a lovely pool/street view room. Pros are centrally located, soundproofed doors, rooms nice, price was good. Cons could not get a bed around the pool for love nor money, food wasnt great ie pork vindaloo chops, broccoli cheese, chips, croquette with gravy etc nothing matched. Gave up after first few attempts. Never went to evening meal even tho it was included as breakfast and lunch was not great. Overall had a lovely week but used as a base only.

The hotel itself is very nice . Very modern looking and the amenities are brilliant. Beds are somewhat comfy but rhe pillows are awful. Foodwise. Quite a large variety. However....no oranges at breakfast and for tea every single dish was british apart from the occasional 3 meals that are "special', of which, ironically, none were spanish. They served indian one day, chinese and mexican on two others. Extremely disappointed in the food. There was not a single spanish dish on any of the nights and that was our biggest peeve. We were in spain . Its part of the experience to eat the cuisine. Yet none was on offer. If i wanted to eat british food, i would have stayed home. The food wasnt the best quality either. But there was plenty to choose from. On arrival we also had problems. They gave us our key card, we proceeded up to the room to be greeted by a woman in a towel. Hotel staff had no idea how the room was already occupied as they said that itd been allocated to us and there was noone elses info in their system for that room

We enjoyed our short stay it was just what we needed, refurbished clean and friendly.

Excellent hotel, food really nice only cons were you were given 2 sachets of shower gel and shampoo and, no glasses in room only 2 paper cups these were never replaced throughout our stay and you had to pay to replace tea and coffee tray.

Ambassador playa II, absolutely smashing. From check in to check out. Nice pool area, reasonably priced drinks, great room with the best shower ever. Food was faultless. Could not recommend enough. We will be back x

Check in was quick and easy excellent all staff at reception. Hotel very clean and modern with great facilities. Meals very nice once again nice staff great choice . Only faults i could find was wifi not the best . Gym could fo with a update . Spa very nice and worth a visit . One member of spa staff was rude but rest fine

Did not like people with there baggage moving through the ball room from one hotel when there are shows on

Position was great pool area clean and Tidy staff welcoming

First time at this Hotel. Just perfect stayed on the 10th floor. Lifts require attention shaking between floors not smooth. This is my only compaint. The smell of cleaness. The food was great but get in soon as possible for the variety. Staff very polite. Bar prices

Lovely Hotel all-round spotlessly clean everywhere, Rooms,Restaurant,Bar,pool area great ,an exellent choice of hot and cold food every day , Staff work very hard to keep it this way .Location superb right in the heart of all entertainment venues

Overall - Amazing... the only thing that let it down was the food at dinner... Breakfast was fantastic (those hash browns were the best I've had). Staff was excellent - especially the English Lady on reception and Magda the cleaner.

lovely hotel, all brand new and very clean, excellent staff, food, location, entertainment. Only one fault with the stay: I have never stayed at a hotel where tea coffee are not replaced each day during cleaning.

Lovley hotel, right in the heart of all the fun. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance, 5 minutes to beach and promenade. Food is delicious and warm lots and lots of choice..we will return.

I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is immaculate, with very friendly staff, excellent food, and a pleasure to stay in.

Perfect area, within walking distance of everything, Hotel was perfect, clean tidy professional staff, always on hand if you needed anything. Highly recommend, 3rd visit to the ambassador hotels.
