Decent two night stay but the hotel definitely needs updating and a thorough cleaning. The carpet in the room was extremely worn and the headboards were missing pieces of the faux leather. The shower had mold and could use some scrubbing. The casino and restaurants were nice.

This hotel we found a little dated and worn from abuse of previous guests. It was very clean and the service was excellent! We just felt like for the price that it needed a little TLC.

Wish they had a few more restaurant options, not just the 2. Plenty of bars. Pricing is a little high. Hotel room was immaculate and new/higher end.

The riverview executive suite was not as expected. Air vent falling off wall, damaged sheetrock, no mini fridge, no bathroom ventilation, water barely warm. The rest of the room was beautiful, great view, decent tv, large bathroom/shower.

Loved the cleanliness of this hotel, wish there would have been options for room service. I had surgery while present and booked due to the room service option tonmake it easier for me, but almost all the restaurants were closed while we were there but it was a good stay either way

Nice hotel especially if you are there on a weekend and want to gamble. We were just passing through and need a place for one night. The hotel was great, but on a Monday, all but two of the restaurants were closed. We really wanted Cajun food, but the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday as are two of the others there. There is also the resort fee that's only shown in the fine print...

The heater bowed only one ay, one side of the room was cool the other side was luke warm. The television is small and go from dark to light on it's own. There is no refrigerator nor microwave. Staff did accommodate us by bringing us a refrigerator. Furniture definitely outdated, but the shower was very elegant. The staff here is verey nice

The first room we had at first had hair in the bed and in the shower. Ms.Monica was kind enough to change our room with no problem. We were also allowed to check in early. Besides the hair issue everything was kool. Will be returning.

We were impressed with everything about our stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and hotel had a fresh clean smell. We enjoyed the smoke free casino, the food at the restaurant and all the holiday decorations.

I was coming to do a 5 star review originally until I looked at my receipt and noticed i was charged a $3 “TOGO” fee at sports book .
I find it ridiculous that since i came in when the restaurant was closing and was told i HAD to order togo why would i be charged a fee to do so? it’s a scam and just another way of getting money out of people at this already overpriced hotel !
I was also told that $50 would be refunded to my account after i checked out and it has now been two days after checking out and I have not received my money back .

Love that valet is included. The property is a nice getaway and the grounds are kept up really nice. The entrance lobby is beautiful.

Quiet, comfortable chair and bed, pillows were too thick. Very well decorated, great window coverings and spacious hanging close closet. TV in bathroom mirror was appreciated. Liked isolation and location of the casino. Liked fitness center and location, view.
Room not really set up for conducting business. No refrigerator, lack of coffee and cup condiments including replenishments. Sticky substance on desk? Limited dining.

Beautiful property, friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint is very limited options for dining, and no microwave being available for in room use. There's only 4 dining options and most are closed on weekdays. Being there for business, i would have to drive at least 30 minutes off site for a decent meal.

This was our last stop on a 3 day move to Louisiana it was very much needed. It was so nice, quiet, goood food, we gambled a little. It was great.

Didn't even stay here..Accidentally booked the wrong but same casino for my mom's 73rd birthday and we reached out to ask for a refund since she was staying at the other one which she had to pay a 2 night stay again for .They refused to waiver it and made her pay for the room she's not using anyways. Makes no since to take her money when she is still staying at the same franchise making ya'll money but in diff location same state.. Over a simple mistake ... Shame on ya'll for not being more understanding of the situation...

I’ve always enjoyed staying at L’Auberge Casino & Hotel in Baton Rouge. The rooftop pool and bar area is always beautiful and clean. The rooms are very toddy as well and the overall comfort is 5 stars. The casino area is nice and clean as well and now there a separate area just for smokers.
