The hotel and staff itself was nice. Only one elevator was working and it was a busy weekend with concerts, weddings, etc. So the hotel was full. The ice machine on our floor was not working.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff!! The check in was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly and it was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious. I also liked that it was in a great area near the mall. We will definitely stay here again! They made our stay comfortable.

Room 211 is the worst room. Maintenance room next door and every hour a machine would turn on for 15-20 minutes. Bathroom shower glass doors would constantly move and when your wanting them to stay in a certain spot it would move. Toilet handle is tricky.

Staff was helpful at check in but not really hospitable. More like a good polite check in but nothing else. The FD staff on the afternoon night shift was extremely fast responding to requests we made like pillows and blankets and also greeted us when we returned from having dinner. Well done!

I have stayed at this hotel as many as 50 times. I stay there for the convenience, the comfort and the excellent staff. But have noticed a downward spiral in terms of the conditions of the facility. The backing is peeling off the mirrors in the bathroom. The shower doors rarely close easily and the drain cover was unsecured and a guest could hurt themselves on the sharp edges or by tripping on an uncovered drain hole. It just feels like it’s going in the wrong direction these past few years. I’ll stay there again but it’s time to start taking rooms offline and renovating as you go.

I have been coming to this hotel for multiple years and it never disappoints. The hotel is very well located, has great staff, is clean and is well maintained.

A wonderful oasis of quiet amongst the trees in The Woodlands. Hotel is always well managed and clean.

Overall, everything was good except for the cleanliness. If you stayed more tha. a day, if you didn’t stay on them to clean the room, they didnt clean. There was trash everywhere in the hallways by elevators & in corridoors.
Breakfast food was good but cold. Had to microwave it to get it to a decent temperature.
Also, the gym was out of stock of towels, water & cleanj g supplies.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful! Check in was quick and easy.

They charge you for parking! The shower doesn't have any power in the water.

The location of this Hyatt House is convenient to the freeway (without being so close you get highway noise) and is near many dining options. The room and lobby were very clean, though the rooms are just starting to show their age (e.g. bathroom mirror is was losing it's coating along the edges, shower drain cover was dislodged, etc.). They were VERY busy while we were there and it was hard for the breakfast buffet to keep up with the crowd, but if you got down early enough it was a nice breakfast with many hot options.

Concierge was nice upon arrival and as we left. It was nice and clean. The room was nice and clean as well. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Very nice hotel. Great location to all things The Woodlands (restaurants/shopping,etc).
The only issue with the hotel was the cleanliness of the bathroom as there was hair in the shower and the grout needed cleaning. Management (Devin) took care of it right away.

Room just okay had special request made in advance not fulfilled had to request again on arrival for handicap accommodation. Put t end of long hall and in a wheelchair on carpet it’s tough, not enough room to move around in room

The floral spray in the room when we arrived was overwhelming. We had to put the AC full blast to try to get some of it out. Shower doors needed cleaning and drain cover was loose and dirty. I stepped on it and hurt my foot. I’d requested that the comforter be replaced with a blanket, as we get way too hot under comforters. This was not done, so I don’t know if you will read this.

The front desk was quite curt and initially booked me into a room that was occupied. When I entered the room there was someone else there! Not much of an apology from the front desk.
