Perfect right from the check-in process, the room, the restuerant, could not have been better

Good breakfast, nice hot tub and pool.

Well, not a Hilton, but for the price and hte location, it was a good value. Have to give them props for the breakfast, first time in 2 years that I had eggs from the buffet. Hike the bridge to Nebraska of you get the chance! Oh, and if you can get ahold of a grill, visit the Hy-Vee for their locally made bratwurst.

Breakfast was ok. Dirty floor in our room. 2 night stay no housekeeping for second day. No receipt available because it was booked through Expedia. Disappointed. We stayed there last year - no problems.

Check in was easy peasy. The breakfast was a disappointment. Was suppose to have biscuits and gravy. NO GRAVY. Biscuits were just so so. The rest of the breakfast stuff was just ok.

The pool area was clean and so much fun. The room tho had ceiling falling down. The beds super comfy and when we looked under bed it was garbage oh and when we got out rollaway bed the guy beat on our door very scary n rude

The toilet in the room above me leaked into my bathroom all weekend. Maintenance was in the room 2x. I kept towels on the floor. There was debris on the bathroom floor and dead bugs that weren’t even cleaned up from opening up the tile.

Our room was not ready at check in time, the lock on our door had to be replaced (there isnt an elevator so we had to carry our luggage upstairs twice before they realized it wasnt an issue with the key), there is black mold in the room by the sliding glass door, and finally our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and no one could fix it until about 8:30 am so our room was about 80 degrees for 4 hours before it was fixed. The staff was super friendly but overall, not a great experience and we wouldn't go back.

Great experience. Large rooms and pet friendly. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again.

We needed a room for a baseball tournament. Easy check in, clean room, quiet, the kids enjoyed the pool, and breakfast was standard. No issues!

well cleaning staff failed to clean our room, the next night the smoke alarm kept going off in our room. we finally left at 4 am. Asked to front desk for a one night refund. All we got was smart rude response..

We checked in on Monday and received no room service until Thursday and only because I went to the office and Asked. them to have someone come by And give us fresh towels and empty the teash..

This hotel desperately needs an update. The rugs are filthy, the bathrooms dated and there is paint chipping off of the outside of the building. On a separate note, the attached restaurant, Minerva’s, is no longer in business. It has been replaced by some sort of pizza and chicken sports bar. We never saw more than a few people eating there. This is a big disappointment.

clean & good service; only slightly worn

We stayed for 3 days and no housekeeping, no fresh towels and the price was still one of the highest in the area. We for sure stay somewhere else next time.

We were completely satisfied with our stay. Requested a late checkout and was granted one. The pool was a win for our daughter and the breakfast was just enough for our family.

BW Yankton is a nice place to stay- clean rooms, friendly staff, and free breakfast. Would be better if they just had an elevator.

Used to be a nice hotel but very run down. No smoking allowed but smelled of stale smoke and musty. There was caution tape on a glass door which we found very disturbing. We were going to stay two nights but we gave up the room for the second night to stay in a nicer hotel. Please renovate this hotel

Pool was not very good. Ceiling tiles were falling and you could see the mold

Very clean rooms. But vending machines only had soda, no snacks

When I first made the reservation I called the hotel to see if we could get an early check in and they said call back that morning to make sure our room is available. I had called several times that day asking as the weather was bad and wanted to check in before it got worse. The lady at the front desk said it was not ready at 2 when check in is at 3. I had walked that hallway as I had family staying the same time who was able to check in very early and did not see anyone go in out of the room we ended up getting right off of the pool. At 2:58 I went back up to check in with an eye roll the lady said yes and was very rude. When we got into the room we noticed the toilet seat was cracked and later that evening my son got pinched by the cracked toilet seat. That night while we were sitting around the pool some family brought in balloons and threw them in all the pools were through the night they popped my kids were the ones who ended up throwing all the popped ones in the trash when we had no idea who this family was. The next day a staff member brought the left over balloons back out into the pool area and said here's some balls I then said you should pop them and get rid of them as they are choking hazard for little kids and could be hazardous to the drain system in the pool she laughed and said it's okay we need a new pool anyways. And proceeded to walk out

Overall stay was okay. Room was VERY well cleaned but bed was not comfortable. Additionally a few outlets on the lamps did not work.
