Didn’t expect it to be as nice as it was considering the price compared to where we have stayed in Paso before. Jim, who took charge of the breakfast area was a gem. We will be back.

I mistakenly booked the room for 1 night instead of 2. The associate was able to give us a room that we could use for both nights. We still needed to check out and check back in, but that was very efficiently and professionally handled. The room was clean and comfortable. All staff members were stellar and the breakfast was better than expected.

The heater was unbearably loud all night and the room was too cold with the heater off. The pullout couch bed had no sheets. Beds did not have enough blankets to be warm. Two extra comforters were in the closet and we gave those to the kids and my husband and I were cold all night.

This is a nice hotel with great staff, a great breakfast, ample parking and nicely designed interior. The location is close to a number of eateries and convenient with short drive to wineries. It’s off by itself to some degree and area around hotel is not that appealing for evening walks, etc. it’s a place that makes you feel at home.

We didn't check in, because when we got there it was obvious wasn't as close to downtown as stated. So we had to move to a different hotel. I wonder if there's any way to get a partial refund, or credit to put toward a future reservation.

My wife left behind her earrings on the end table. We realized it 40 minutes later and called them. They said only one person had been in the room to take sheets off of the bed. Supposedly two employees went to the room to look for them. The earrings were no longer there, and supposedly no one had seen them. They were one-of-a-kind hand made, and worth $50. Someone at the hotel stole them--they were right on the end table in full view.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and everything was good except for the lavatory faucet and shower head. The spray in the shower is so strong it hurt my skin. I will not stay again for this reason!

Anytime I come to Paso Robles for Wine Tasting which is at least twice a year I stay here, great location and staff at the hotel

Have stayed here many times, this last stay it seemed like the hotel is kind of in dis-repair lots of little items not repaired like missing tile in bathroom on wall. Also staff does not seem very interested in listening when you tell them issues you encounterd.

The hotel was clean & comfortable, what made our stay special was the staff. From the check in to the bartender that greeted us with a complimentary glass of wine to the gentleman that seated us a breakfast… everyone was amazing! They offer a true boutique hotel experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

They show no photos of their Queen suite so that you can't tell it's really a Full suite. When you ask, they tell you hotels size their beds differently, and even though its small, its a queen, a "hotel" queen. It is a full bed I was told Management would contact me and they never did. I was also told they measured my bed and decided it was a queen. I was not present when this was done, nor was I asked if they could enter. The 'Do not Disturb' sign was up. This is not the place to book.

IT is a 5 minute drive to downtown. The breakfast is good. Friendly staff. The area is a commercial area with lots of restaurants and other businesses.

Online the hotel advertised hot tub which was my main reason for booking. When I arrived for check in there were printed signs stating pool closed “for the season”. When I asked what the season consisted of I was told “winter”. When I asked for better clarification I was told Nov-March! Just be aware if you thought you’d be enjoying a nice hot soak at the end of your night. Other than that disappointment the staff was friendly and the included breakfast was good.

This place is not “wonderful” as advertised by Expedia. It’s basic, old and tired. I’ll never stay here again and would recommend that everyone stay anywhere other than this place.

We were assigned a room #227. It was already assigned to someone else and we walked into someone else opening the door. Then we got re-assigned to first floor and I do not think the room was king room. There was no sofa bed. Pool and hot tub were closed/ non functional at the property. Pretty bummer trip.

Stayed here recently along with a couple of family members. I would absolutely stay again. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. They have a great bar area to hang out at after a day of wine tasting. The bar also has an excellent selection of options. The bartender was wonderful. They also have a wonderful breakfast in the mornings the offerings were much better than I have seen at other hotels. The location is convenient for wine tasting in the Paso Robles area. The hotel is clean and beds were comfortable. Will be staying here again for future wine trips.

I had never heard of this hotel so I didn’t really have any expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff upon entrance as well as exit including the kitchen.
